I'm a little suspicious of all these positive reviews. Steve came out to do a quote and with the WOMO discount, it was still more than $300 over the guy who eventually did the job. (a 3 hour job) I may be wrong but it's definitely worth getting a couple of quotes folks.

I agreee with Brads10 - my experiance was that the plumber was patronising, didn't listen to what I was saying, and suggested that I replace some taps as they were "too old-fashioned", why didn't I get new ones. These taps were bought in 1991, and the same room has taps from 1960 still working! He also didn't know what a gully trap was. I wonder about all these glowing references - seems too good to be true!

I also agree. Not happy with the work done and won't be getting him back again. Needed a washer changed on my outside taps, he replaced both taps and the one out the back is now on an angle. It looks ridiculous. When i asked him about it he said it wasn't his fault and the pipe was broken and that's all he could do. It looks very unprofessional and will need to pay to get this fixed. Then asked him to check my shower as it leaked and he advised that i replace the showerhead and taps with ones he had. It cost me a total of over $400.00. when he asked later if i was happy with the work and i said no, he got very annoyed with me.
