Had a flat Tyre ( a huge nails impaled in it) when I picked up the Tyre I was told it is free of charge as I have bought years ago some Tyree's and this is a curtsey as i was a previous customer so the wheels where cleaned and painted the surface and I got handed the keys back with a smile thanking me for my Custom.......wow I said not all businesses have lost the old touch from older times where we were happy to assist or do a small job and charged nothing....It made me day - super Kmart Knox city

We took our car there for a service and got talked into a full service, after which they gave us a list of a dozen things that they could fix for us. This list didn't include any of the major things we knew about (e.g. we'd been told a couple of times the alternator was wearing out) but included a number of things that second opinions said didn't need fixing. We didn't notice any further issues caused by their care of the car, but we don't trust them not to sell us stuff we don't need. If you know exactly what you want done they're probably good.

I needed new tyres fitted and tried a few dealers. My wheel size is different from most so some dealers don't readily stock this size tyre. Kmart were cheaper for the tyres I ordered and had them readily available, and fitted them on the day I sought the quote. Good customer service

It is refreshing to say i had a good experience with Shell Auto-Serv. They were cheaper than going to my manufacturer and easy to deal with.
