Always greeted with a smile and name :) Always made to feel welcome, offered coffee or tea etc, Asked what i would like and advise given, Beautiful comfortable environment/setting lots of sunshine, love the music and wash basins.

From the first moment i walked into the salon i felt "at home" and that my custom was valued, every member of of the staff always made me feel welcome! it is a pleasure to attend! The Quality of service has been Outstanding too.

Cost was reasonable, only $80-something for a ladies cut, which is really good.
The cut was perfect, Nicole gave me just what I was looking for.
Nice and clean, relaxing atmosphere. I love the massage chairs while you're getting your hair washed.
Nicole was happy to give me plenty of advice on how to get my hair the best.
The staff are all very kind and have excellent customer service from start to finish.
I was slotted in for a cut in the same week, and even managed to snag a weekend slot which was great, so I didn't have to wait very long even though I wanted to see a particular hairdresser.

I've had cuts here before as a model for the apprentices' training, and the male director was really great too. He was explaining how to cut my hair to the lady who was cutting it, and she mostly had the idea, but he tidied it up at the end because it wasn't quite perfect. So it had that fantastic, classy finish despite it being with someone who was learning. So I got the best cut without having the price tag.

The hair dresser was mostly friendly and sweet. Unfortunately, she cut my fringe a little too wide -this may have been partly because of a miscommunication.
The worst thing was though, that while we were discussing my colour and cut, the hairdresser asked me why I don't dye my eyebrows to match my hair. This was said in a way that implied that it would look a LOT better.

I have had SO many compliments about my hair colour and how natural it looks etc. Not one person ever mentioned that my brows don't match. (I have friends who are really honest and stuff. If I needed to dye my brows, my sister, who is amazing and sweet and very frank, would have told me by now!!!)
This was clearly an awkward attempt at 'up-selling'. It made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and insecure. My hair is dyed a fair colour, so my fair eyebrows actually match, I have always thought.

I know that the owners, who clearly care about their business and read their reviews sometimes. So I guess my feedback would be: Please think in the future about Kabuki staff sales pitches so that they are not negative in nature. Implying that someone needs a beauty service that you just happen to provide, isn't that cool.

Otherwise a decent experience and good, friendly service.

Got keratin treatment. Service, value etc excellent. Got accidently burnt on neck by hair straightener, but accidents happen. Only stuff up was they had to cancel my appointment as they didn't have any product in stock shortly before I was due to come in. Usual level of hard sell but everyone does that these days. Definitely worth going back.

Amazing hair EVERY TIME!!!!!! It seriously does not matter who you go to here they ALL are awesome! They really listen to what you want and you are always greeted with a warm smile, its like being part of a family :0) The products and atmosphere is awesome and they make great hot bevies too...weather a hot choc, latte or tea! Highly recommend and an above average experience that has kept me a loyal client for over 7 years!!! :0) That speaks for itself!
