Such a lovely hamper that we ordered for one of our clients. It was presented beautifully and our client enjoyed it immensely. We'll definitely be remembering Kaboodle Hampers for the future - in particular for Christmas again this year.

I ordered two hampers, one for my brother and one for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately when my husband opened his, one of the port sippers was broken. When I was able I rang up Kaboodle and let them know what had happened and a replacement was sent straight away. I would have also used Kaboodle for my work to send to customers and all of our customers have raved how awesome the hampers were. I would recommend to anyone looking for that special hamper for anyone. Nothing is too hard for them to do either as I wanted my Christmas hampers on one order but with two separate cards, done no problems.

Gift basket was well received, process was smooth. Service was good, i rang a few days later to make a change and processed on phone with no issue. Only suggestion to improve is I purchased 3 gift baskets for 3 different recipients and had to put each order through seperately.
