Item ordered May 4 2011 immediate payment, no correspondance, not able to contact via email or phone upto May 31 2011. Ordered product from another company due to lack of correspondance. Email on May 31 refunded $15 for inconvenience and frustration caused. Not what was requested in last email to company. Wanted full refund but they had already sent the product the day before. Still no product. poor service
