Jorge helped me during lockdown with a home colour kit. I approached him as a first time customer via email. He was immediately responsive and tuned into the exact end result I wanted with my colour. Left me the product and let me to go home without my transferring payment into his account. Ilaria was extraordinary! Tailored colours and cut my hair in the best way possible. I am very happy to have tried a change of looks (balayage) and be in her hands! Totally recommend this place.

Jorge and his staff are extremely friendly and professional. He is internationally renowned, which can be seen in his work (your haircut). I always leave the shop with a great haircut, and a feeling of confidence and inspiration.

I had tried doing my own ombré/balyage look and had obviously made a complete mess of my dark brown hair with bleach.
Chieno was understanding, kind and made me feel so much better about it by reassuring that she could help.
Chieno came to my rescue and by the end of our booking my hair was awesome!! Perfect balyage look and exactly what I had hoped for!
