It more or less turned out to be the experience i expected from a domestic flight, the attendents were helpful in all situations, a shame that snacks aren't complimentary, i got mighty hungry but every aspect of the trip was satisfactory. It was punctual down to the minute

Have used Jetstar on a few occasions. Last few times flights cancelled, one being an international flight. Still waiting on refund after 5 weeks. Meals on international flights are an expensive add on and connecting international flights in Sydney incurr unneccessary hours of waiting time. Seating is tight on the domestic flights, but I figure you have about 20 cm more leg room than Tiger.

Late, unreliable, planes are often messy/untidy/dirty when i step on to them. Well - at least they're cheap. But I'd rather pay a little more, fly with Virgin and at least know I'll get there on time and I won't be hanging around for an hour or more while my plane turns up. WHY IS JETSTAR ALWAYS SO LATE?!

Had a sick child and requested an earlier flight while we were at the airport in Queensland and were told that there are no seats on this flight and we would need a note from the doctor in Melboure which is insane. The other option was to buy all new tickets at full price and: SURPRISE! they have seats if you pay enough. They were not too pleasant about it and it felt like they just wanted us away from the counter. Next time I will pay more and use a Real airline.

Used Jetstar on a flight from Cairns to Melbourne, I felt that the hosties were not very helpful or personable, therefore the service was lacking. Another drawback was that the pantry had not been re-stocked, and no food was supplied through out the trip and drinks were limited. But, for the price of the ticket, you get a comfortable seat, free music and a safe flight to your destination.
