Jetstar

Jetstar is always offering great specials, service is good, staff are friendly and helpful. Have found them to be very genuine and caring in regards to travelling with small children.

Great value. They tend to always run late and flights get cancelled too regularly for me. Not overly happy

Recently I had to fly from Sydney to Brisbane in a hurry and I found them to have the best competitive prices out. Also I had to change my booking on one of my flights. that was not a problem for the to do. On my return to Sydney I had to return to Brisbane again a couple of days later. My daughter and son in law were flying also. They had an item which they were told could possible go in as carry on but on arriving at the gate we discovered that it would not be able to. They were very helpful with the way things went.

The prices of Jetstars flights are hard to beat. I have been lured in to flying with the by these cheap prices on a few occasions. The staff on board are always helpful and the planes are nice. However on each and every occasion I have been stuck waiting at the airport due to various reasons.

i won't list the all but on a recent weekend get away to Tassie We were delayed 5 hours at melb airport on the way over and 8 hours on the way back. Really ate into our holiday time. They said that they sent a ss but neither myself or 3 friends received it. Nor did anyone else I spoke to who was stuck waiting. A Jet star attendent in Perth told e that Qantas has priority and Jetsar is one of the last so their flights will always get oushed back if there are delays.I have vowed to never waste my time again for the sake of a cheap fare.

I booked my flight on the qantas website and seeing a low price did not notice part of it was Jetstar. I can no longer take the trip as the event was cancelled to a date unknown at the moment. Jetstar need another date to rebook their part of it. No date equals a no show, loss of money paid. If I had another date it would had been $50 PER SEGMENT PLUS $40 service fee that being $190 lost. Now losing the whole lot. Lesson learnt watch who the flights are with, Jetstar is not part of qantas policy and make sure your travel insurance covers all unexpected outcomes.

I've used this airway twice from Avalon in Victoria and both times the flight was delayed for reasons that they were responsible for. The first time I was delayed for two hours, the second time I was delayed a whole day, had to come back the next morning for my flight. Will never use them again.

I've flown jetstar a number of times in the past year and am very impressed with there service. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Would recommend flying jetstar to anybody.

Flown several times using this service and I have no complaints the service has been good both domestic and international the staff have been helpful.
