These guys are awesome! I bought my first sewing machine here and they gave me a competitive price, plus they threw in some freebies including good quality sewing scissors too. They also offer free sewing lessons for as long as you need them when you purchase a sewing machine from them.

Also more recently I dropped in to this business to buy some iron-on patches to fix some clothes, however the only patches they had were around 5cm x 9cm and I needed to mend larger areas on clothes. When I explained my problem to the man who runs the business he showed me how to create my own iron-on patches by just buying 2 kinds of special material and using an iron - absolutely amazing service - he even demonstrated this free in store. It was cheaper for me to buy the material than the patches too.

This store is local, friendly and has a nice atmosphere. The staff are helpful and go out of their way to meet your needs. I will definitely continue shopping here, and highly recommend this business to others.

This is a great store for all your sewing needs. I wanted to browse at first to see what the store had and I was very impressed with the service I received. The shop is a good size and easy to move around in. I have always found that janome's products are highest of qulaity.

Alison's and her husbands store is great for those of us who quilt and sew. They are experts at what they do which is selling sewing machines. But, their real gift is professional and personal advice regarding sewing machines and there use no matter the make. Alison personal skill at sewing and quilting is fantastic. She can assist with the selection of colours and fabric styles when making a quilt. I love shopping in their store because they make me feel like family.

The staff are always helpful and attentative. I was looking for a foot pedal for a sewing machine that I had given to me. They were helpful and polite in helping me with my problem.. Unfortunatly though, they were not able to find a replacement foot for my machine

I bought a new sewing machine from here and they were very helpful to show me all the ins and outs and welcomed me back with any questions or concerns at anytime. They also run their own classes.

I have been taking in my Bernina 830 (a 1970's machine) in to Janome for several years for servicing. They are always very friendly and their prices are very good.

I have visited this shop several times and the last visit was amazing. I had an enquiry that did not involve any selling and the two people there were so helpful and gave me an answer to a problem and said to come back if it could not be resolved. I will be going back and telling others the same.
