I've been getting my hair cut at Jacou for about a year and I'm really happy with the service. Tara and Rachael have both cut and coloured my hair and they have really listened to me and given me some great hair cuts. The other really great thing about this business is that there is a beauty therapist attached to it, so while my colour is on I also get my eyebrows waxed. Great time saver!

Being a new client I was a bit sceptical at first but girls made me feel very comfortable... very happy with services. Anita was exceptional extremely patient friendly & helpful. Strongly recommended:)

Been going for years - not only is Jacqui, the owner, very good, but she ensures her staff are very good at what they do. Many of my friends and family go there too now. They are sensitive to your needs, and always give you a very flattering cut/result that puts a spring in your step when you leave. Not only that, but Jacqui's keen eye means she personally does some of the best brow shaping in town.

I absolutely love this place. Friendly staff, well trained apprentices, comfortable relaxed fun environment. After Jackie has cut my hair strangers stop me in the street and ask me who does my hair!! (This has happened more times than I can count!!) If you are brave and let Jackie apply her creativity you will come out with something remarkable. never had trouble managing style afterwards as has been the case with other stylists.

I've been twice now, but still a bit unsure of the place. They're pretty expensive ($70-75), but in both instances they spent an hour on my hair and their service was good. Problem I've had is that they haven't actually listened to what I want - they do what they think looks good, which it does at the time but this is not always practical for real life outside the hairdressing salon, so can be hard to manage hair afterwards.

The girls are all awsome, Jackie does a great job at trainng hem up and has high standards. don't need to know what you want, if you ask, they'll just do something FAB!! Kat and jackie are especially good with curly hair.

Jason is a fantastic colourist (especially for blondes) and stylist if you are after a hair up. I love the fact that you are not there for hours and hours. When it's your time it's YOUR time - great service.
