I’ve been going here for a number of years now and have always been thrilled with my hair cut or colour afterwards. Carmel and Jacinta really know what they’re doing and are such warm and generous too. I can’t recommend this salon highly enough.

Okay, for what you pay for it and for something in Balwyn. The studio looked fairly neat and clean and I was quite happy with my hair cut.

I've been visiting the lovely ladies at Jace for a couple of years now and just love it. You're made to feel like a celebrity at every visit with their attentiveness and enthusiasm… not to mention the gorgeous end result that has you strutting out feeling on top of the world! Visiting the salon is always such a pamper for me, their kindness makes you feel like one of the family as does the price when it's time to pay, it's very reasonable for the amazing service that is provided.. Oh, and before I go, I must say,… the head massage is simply to die for!

Have been going to Jace staff for a few years. Always a warm welcome and care for me and my hair.I am not clever with my hair, don't like spending a lot of time on my hair but find it much more fun and manage it easily.

After going to many different salons, I was looking to find a salon that would cater for a new hair look. These ladies achieved that and more with exactly knowing what colour and hairstyle would suit, and were more than happy to accomodate my needs as a client. Thanks and loving the new look!

Thanks Girls for another great appointment at your salon. I really enjoy coming to your salon, especially to relax while you girls do your magic and treat my hair. I particularly like that you listen to what I am wanting to do with my hair and are 'spot on' when recommending and advising what to do. No request is too big an ask. I recently went to Jace for the first time after going to the same hair salon for the past 5 years.
I was hesitant going to a new salon however the girls were very welcoming and I immediately felt very comfortable in their hands.
My hair looks fantastic and I now feel like I have found my new hair dresser!

I've been having my hair done by Carmel, and more recently Jacinta for years now, and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I've now moved to Tullamarine and I am still travelling back to Balwyn to have my hair done.

I can always trust their suggestions and advice for my hair and have often just left the colour and styling decisions in their hands and have never been unhappy with it. I've recently gone from blonde to red, and am thrilled with it.

Carmel and Jacinta are very friendly and professional, offer personal service and advice on all aspects of hair care, not just the cut and colour, which I've found to be very helpful.
The first time I went Carmel gave me the best haircut I've had in years and I have been going back for more every since!

I have been going to Jace Hair studio for over two years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Im very particular with my hair and Carmel and Jacinta always have me feeling like a supermodel when I leave their salon. They always have great advice and tips about what I should do with my hair and ways to help me improve the healthiness and keep it looking fab!
The salon has a beautiful feel to it, with the girls always making me feel welcome with lots of smiles and laughs!
As I said before, I can not imagine having my hair done by anyone else!
