I purchased paper for preparation of my wedding invitations which we made ourselves.

the store has a huge variety of paper, envelopes etc for invitations and scrap booking.

the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with ideas and inspirations to select papers which would suit the preparation of our invites

if i was not making my own invites, i would have had no hesitation in having this business make my invites .... after seeing many invites prepared by the business for other customers, i was very impressed

Staff is extremely friendly and go out of there way to help. Absolutely love their things, they are exquistely made. For stationary or print it is one of the best places to go to. if you need accessories such as bombonieres you are bound to find the one that is just right for you.

Inspired Design is by far my favorite wedding stationery retail store and yes I had been to quite a few as I wanted to make sure I made the right choice.

Inspired design offers customers with the choice of purchasing papers to do their own invites or you can hand it to the professionals to do for you.

The staff always go that extra mile to make sure you are happy and offer advice without the stress that occurs with the Wedding preparation (unlike some other invitation places who try to make the sale then stuff you around when it comes to printing your product).

Inspired design produced the most beautiful invites for my wedding - the least stressfull part in the organising of my wedding.

Great range, very friendly and helpful staff and very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The best invites in Melbourne

Superb quality and reasonable prices

Recommend visit for your wedding invitations or any other social occasion

Interestingly they also do corporate print and had my business stationery done by Inspired Design and again was most impressed

Well where do I start. In one word amazing.

Well I had these fantastic invites done for my wedding. Just picked them up yesterday and was so excited I decided to hand deliver some that evening. Everyone loved them. The invites have the most amazing Diamantee design on a simple yet elegant invite . Anyone who is planning a wedding forget about other places just go to inspired design and you will simply be amazed

I recently purchased my invitations at Inspired, my invites were very complex being crafty and hand crafted so I chose for them to finish the entire job. I must say both my fiancee and myself were extremely satisfied form start to finish. All our friends and family were very impressed with the final result. I have recommended this company to all my friends!!

My wedding invitation experience was fantastic.

I saw inspired design at the ABS bridal fair and was impressed with their invitation range. What was also pleasing was they they had a retail store and was able to visit them at my own leisure (no appointment necessary).

The product range was very impressive.

For my invitations I selected one of the inspired designs (Oriella) and they were happy to match the colors with a swatch from the bridesmaids.

The designer who was working on my invite was very pleasant and helpful and did a number of sample invites with the design for me to select from.

I also left the invitations to last minute and the turnaround was amazing (2.5 wks) which meant that I had 10 weeks up my sleeve to send the invites. Well they did squeeze me in which was most appreciative whilst all other invitation places were not helpful and were telling me 6-8 weeks.

The quality of their work was fantastic. All my guest were impressed and commented on the design and quality.

My cousin also visited the store and had a great experience - the whole process was smooth and the invitations were top quality

I definitely recommend going straight to inspired design for your wedding stationery. Don't bother with other places

I found the most awesome invite at inspired design. It was a black and white invite and the backing paper was actually plastic (check the website in crafty creations www.inspired-design.com.au). The price was most reasonable and the staff was most helpful. They even showed me how to assemble which was a huge saving. Definitely recommend a visit as they have the best range in all of melbourne

I was amazed by the range that the shop had. They not only took the time to walk me through all the bits and bobs...they were more than happy to answer questions, show me how samples looked with different bits stuck here and there and also to completely make me a design from scratch.

Harry gave me us a wonderful deal and for the work that went into them, I cannot even begin to say enough about their expertise.

I had french lace on pearl card, inlay of a different colour and two different font. The whole design process was wonderful, he had enough lace to make more invitations than necessary and he did...and gave them to me!!

They said roughly six weeks to get them completed and they were done in three...with RSVP cars, envelopes for all and exquisite invites ready and packaged in bags when we arrived.

An awesome team who were easy to talk to both on the phone and in person when necessary. Everyone knew what I was talking about when I rang even if they hadn't conducted the initial consultation.

Harry and his team are exceptional in all that they do.

I had a really bad experience with these people. I was very patient with them and almost did not have my invitations on time due to numerous errors on their part. It was a while ago and maybe they have improved; which is great because they have a wonderful range of stationery. I'm glad you did not have the same experience that I did, but it does not mean that I didn't have the experience that I did. I have actually recommended them recently to family warning of my experience but also stating that others seemed to have fared better.

My sister had lace invites done at Inspired Design in August and there was a quick turn around a much earlier than expected. I must say their work was amazing. I still have her invites displayed in my mantel piece. Highly recommended

I'm so confused that so many other people have had the pleasure of such great service while I had the misfortune of such a terrible one. But at least i'm not alone in my experience Talia although yours was a long time ago so i would expect my current experience would reflect more recent events. Shame.

The previous person sounds like the same person as the one above, very unfortunate to see this person complain even by their own admission they left their invites to the last minute and expected miracles I believe its your own fault for leaving it too late. Also if you provided your own guest list its hardly the company's fault the way it was printed. Sorry to say maybe you are the Bridezilla!! I had Inspired do my invites but with no assembly, so i could save some money, off course I had to unravel my own ribbon since assembly was not included, but that was my choice!! Keep up the good work inspired I guess you cannot please everyone!!!!

pbrew - I agree with you this KittyK is full of contradictions. On the 17Mar11 review she gave a positive review versus thisone. What she visits the stores every few months and orders wedding invitations??????????? Anyway - I had a fabulous experience with INSPIRED DESIGN. Continue the GOOD WORK and ignore such silly such comments.

Inspired Design is one of the best wedding stationery stores I had visited during my search for invitations. Their selection and design range was outstanding. They were fully staffed and were available to spend time with us to assist in selecting the stationery suitable for our wedding theme. Their prices were very competitive but one must not forget the outstanding quality of the finished product. VERY PROFESSIONAL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
