I stayed here one night in September with my family as we wanted one luxurious night. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, spotlessly clean room, very friendly staff fantastic heated swimming pool and a great restaurant downstairs. The only thing we were disappointed with was that we asked for a room with a view and balcony. We managed to get a balcony but the view just happened to be of our car parked on the street (well, at least we could keep an eye on it). But besides that, we enjoyed ourselves, plenty of nearby restaurants to eat at or get take out. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend.

Approximate cost: $180

sounds like a wonderful place.

I stayed here once never again. My room was not cleaned properly and staff at reception apologised.. And left it at that. No compensation or sending for my room to be cleaned. Dust, filthy windows.. Bathroom not looking like it had been touched. We made a huge fuss because it was disgusting and again, the 'oops' response, we left. Never again I do not recommend it. Be stern westerns are much better

I stayed here one night with my family in september and have to say the room was spotless, didn't need dusting, everything was clean.

they apologized and left it that. i would have been furious at them for not doing anything to help. won't be staying here.

Room needed a good clean & dust and could do with a revamp. Carpets were stained and old. Rooms only have double beds, not queen size. Hotel was booked out, but only had one elevator running which was a nightmare. Took forever to get up and down from floor to floor. Electronic key kept failing, and had to be reset. Buffet breakfast was cold and other guests were requesting that food be brought out as it was continually running out. The only good thing was the location.

You get what you pay for...as a budget hotel it's good although in need of an upgrade. Forget the balcony, room for 1 person standing! They did check me in early so credit to them

Approximate cost: $104.00

really nice venue, staff are great and its an easy place to get to in the city. We found great deals online and our room had recently been updated, very nice. The 'gym' is a little small and probably should be scrapped!

I found a great deal on this place through my Ambassador card. It cost $125 for the night for both my sister and myself. Full buffet breakfast was included in the price. We were on the top level - nice view of the city from our balcony, although the windows were a bit rattly and we could feel the gusty wind through them. The bed sheets were perfectly soft (not the 'crunchy' kind you often find in hotels)

Approximate cost: $125
