Great experience with Hello Charlie. I have ordered numerous times with Hello Charlie and receive smooth, fast service every time. One time an item was damaged in the post so I called Vanessa and she rectified the situation within the hour! Very impressed! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Placed an order for reusable pullups (superundies) hard to find in Aus, and accidentally put the wrong size! Hello Charlie we're kind enough to return my after hours call first thing and although I needed to wait for stock to arrive I was happy to receive a call they were in much earlier than anticipated, and had my goods interstate in 2 days! Great customer service, would highly recommend this store. Can't really fault the price, it is in close comparison to the overseas pricing and Still better than disposables.

Received my order very quickly. Nappies are well priced, I usually order the Bambo Nature ones in bulk and it works out very reasonable. Love the cheat sheets especially the one on baby wipes and sunscreen.

We have ordered from Hello Charlie several times and there has never been a problem. Their range, prices, free shipping and discount offers are great. Their range of quality products is very good. On one occasion we needed to return a piece of clothing that didn't fit our daughter. No problem - they organised a replacement with no hassle. We will continue to order from them.

They have a really great range of organic baby items, and don't charge a fortune for shipping which is fantastic. My order arrived very quickly, and I'm totally delighted with it. Will be shopping at Hello Charlie again!
