I’ve wanted to write this review for ages…..my whole family has been seeing Nola for laser hair removal with exceptional results. I was convinced when I saw the results on my brother & thought wow he has really course thick hair & if it worked on him – it will definitely work for mum & I. So mum & I went to see Nola – she was very professional, made us feel very comfortable & relaxed. She explained everything to us & we saw instant results from the first couple of sessions. Nola was very thorough, taking her time & not rushing us which made us feel very comfortable. She does her job properly & is very honest in her advice. The Clinic is clean & the prices are vey reasonable & competitive – Nola really looked after us. I wish I knew about Nola years ago as she has made such a difference to our lives!! Mum & I don’t have to spend hours in the bathroom shaving, waxing or bleaching our hair. Now we shower put on a dress & walk out with silky smooth skin. It’s the best thing we have ever done – totally worth every cent. Thank you Nola for everything & your fantastic customer service & caring & genuine nature.

I have been visiting Nola for a while now. Nola always completes my laser hair removal on my back thoroughly and properly. Nola is always friendly and is never in a rush, always ensuring that I am comfortable and happy throughout the procedure. I cannot recommend her services enough. Her prices are more than reasonable compared to other laser hair removal studios, and there is never any compromise on service or results. I travel monthly all the way from Williamstown to see Nola, and I will not go anywhere else closer to home, that is how amazing Nola and her services are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Away from the hustle and bustle of Swan St Richmond, this clinic is a private quiet hideaway where you can relax. The laser hair removal service was outstanding. Very meticulous and considerate to how I was feeling during the treatment. The laser looks brand new and the treatment room was clean, tidy and organised. I am happy to recommend this clinic as a safe, reliable and friendly professional service.

I would highly recommend Helios to anyone considering Laser, Microdermbrasion or botox. Nola is an absolute gem. She is professional and such a beautiful person. She instantly puts you at ease. When you meet Nola immediatlely it is clear that she is highly trained and takes great pride in her work. Nola explains exactly what she is doing and why. I have been getting laser and microdermabrasion with Nola and results for me have been fantastic. Her prices cant be beat but even if she wasnt so reasonable I would still go to her over anyone because the service is second to none.
