I was very happy with the service, and pleased that I could actually pick up the phone and speak to somebody straight away. I got all the information I needed without going back and forwards with emails. It added that personal touch that we miss out on with on line purchases. The website was very easy to navigate with a great selection and even some great sale items. The recipe section is also a great help which I will be taking advantage of. I cannot fault the lovely ladies at Heirloom!! The service is excellent...the range of products is excellent....the very quick delivery of my orders is excellent!! I make candles as a hobby and for years, have been unable to purchase the supplies I need at any craft supply shop locally (in Brisbane). Then I discovered Heirloom on the web and haven't looked back. They have everything I need, at affordable prices, and I have my orders at my door within 24 hours!! It's wonderful!! Thanks girls!!

We're on-line retailers too;so we know how competitive an industry it can be! We also understand the work involved in setting up a venture that services and pleases all it's customers.We 'shopped around' for a few items and paid around 10% than the 'cheapest we could find';and guess what? We got 110% satisfaction in all areas.Top Marks and 5 stars!

We're going to order a lot more from you directly.Why? Because from what we see (and hear) you actually do care about what your selling;and who your selling it to.

Proper branding is worth the extra effort,and does register in this customers mind for future purchases.The entire purchase was enough to make 10 sets of fragrant/coloured melts;including post-and heaps of wax for the next project.Our retail saving was over $50!!

for choosing to make it ourselves.Don't umm and aaahh about buying from this supplier,just get to it!
