As Always, the service is above average, and they have fantastic work ethics. I highly recommend them to everyone, and when I have a soap class, they are my first references for supplies. I couldn't rate them any higher than I already do, they qualify for an 11 out of 10 :D I love old fashioned service, and this team has that, fast friendly and respectably priced! What more can I say!

I have used Heirloom for a few years now, and they are one of my favourite suppliers. They will go out of their way to answer questions and help you. Their products are good value and they have no minimum order, which is great for the micro business person. They accept cheques and shipping is speedy - overall, a great, friendly company to work with!

Extremely speedy, with super fast shipping. But your prices are a little bit expensive. And you don't have some products which I need. For the quality, I haven't used your products yet but I wish they will be great quality and low price.

Kerry was a wonderful help as I'm new to soap/candle/makeup creation and have found some harder to get items in her store. Very reasonably priced items and very close to home so pick up was easy. Emails were also answered promptly and happily. After talking with Kerry am now considering creating my own lotions once I get the hang of soaps and candles. Love Heirloom Body Care and will definitely stay a customer for a long time. Fabulous experience allround. Definitely recommend to everyone.
