I wouldn't recommend them. They screwed up my crowns. My face is now deformed and I have a damaged temporalmandibular joint.

Sorry but I will copy paste Sarah’s answer cause covering me 100%.All the staff are great from reception though to dentists, they are very accommodating of any special needs or requests. I wish all medical practices were so customer friendly.

The front of house staff are exceptional in service delivery and friendliness! Honestly, I could stick around and chat to them all day.
The dental staff are all pretty great - I've never had a problem with anyone there.
The location isn't bad and the rooms are all clean and pleasant to be in.
Overall, it's a wonderful service, incredibly cheap and easy to get into without too much notice - I've recommended them to almost all of my friends and haven't heard of anyone being unsatisfied.

It was just ok!!!! Poor Customer Service off front Receptionist Cara who left me standing at the counter while she opened her Delonghi Kettle till I had to interrupt her!!! Then called her this morning and she was very unhelpful !!!!!

Excellent and friendly service. The hygienist Mark was friendly and explained everything as he went along. When it came time for some fillings they are at the top of the game with new technology and whilst a visit to the dentist is rarely pleasant, Hampstead made it as pleasant as possible. Highly Recommended.

The team here are friendly and professional. However, I always feel that they are trying to sell you services that I feel aren't required. They never charge for a check up if you have private health insurance but when you are getting the check out, they ALWAYS seem to find things that need doing. It always comes across as a sales job, not recommending things that need doing now. They talk in vague general terms of things that *may* or *could* happen with your teeth and how you should get it sorted now.
Interestingly, that urgent job that needed to sorted now, is suddenly forgotten the next time you go to the dentist!!

As such, I now tend to disregard their "advice". And I am now looking for a new dentist. I would like to stay with them, but have grown tired of the pushy sales job I always seem to get.

Hey AndrewJ13. We do like to let our patients know whats happening for them - and what could happen if they leave it til it hurts. After all a filling done now can save a root canal later. So our reasons for bringing things up are actually going to be cheaper for the patient in the long term (and less fees paid to us in the long term). We are a new breed of dental clinic that beleives in prevention rather than "emergency dentist visits". We know that this concept is new to people - but rest assured we are always happy to have you back as a patient if you do end up with an emergency that the other dentists dont tell you about.

From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable. Stephen and his reception staff are highly trained and ensure that all your details are correct. Waiting at a Dentist can be a nervous time for some but the waiting room is rather quiet with mosaic playing a nd a good selection of magazines. I saw Dr Adam (they are all referred to by their first names). Your would swear that his consultations suite had never been used. All equipment, which looks like the latest available products are covered with plastic (I'm told for infection control) and from the moment you sit in the chair every bit of the examination and treatment is explained. They even take pictures of your teeth for later reference! I cant recommend this dental practice highly enough. Look after your teeth and get Hampstead Dental to be your dentist of choice. BTW Highpoint Shopping Centre is just around the corner too...
