I first went to Calla 7 years ago as I saw the sign $22 cut wash & blow dry, no appointment necessary. I thought i'd give it a go because i didn't have much money to go to a "proper" Salon and Just Cuts were just that. I had a picture with me walked out feeling a Million Dollars. They always put a lot of detail into what they do and although the English wasnt too good they have a couple of people there with good english.I hadnt been for a while as i'm not working near there anymore but thought i'd make the trip again yesterday and wasn't dissapointed. I highly recommend it and recommend my friends all the time. Now my hair is longer i did pay more but it's the only place i ever come out satified and alwas recieve compliments for my hair :)

I was there first time about 6 months ago when I just wanted my hair trimmed. I thought it was nice and friendly. Hair designer called Cindy Lee did my hair and I never looked elsewhere because she was brilliant and fast. She improved my hair quality by miles and she seemed very experienced and confident. She is really professional in what she does. As a regular customer there, now I get really good value and services. I would highly recommend Cindy and Calla Salon to anyone. Try for yourself!

I thought I would give these guys a go after a friend referred me to them. I went to get my japanese straightening regrowth done. I arrived on time and they were nice. Once we got started the person looking after me although nice would go off to attend other customers and would just leave me there until she was done without saying a word to me. She did that several times and at one point I felt like I was not treated like a valued customer. She was careful and I am happy with my hair -she did a great and careful job- but they can definitely improve on their communication and service. Price was a little high for regrowth (about 15cm) if you ask me.

Friendly & helpful - This salon has really good customer service. The first time I went a young lady cut my hair and did a very good job with it. The next time I went I requested for her again thinking that she wont remember me but she did and that made me feel like a welcomed customer. She also gave me lots of opinions on how to treat my hair. She was so friendly and sweet.
