Uncaring vets who make you feel like your pets don't matter to them. Don't even know when to refer on a difficult case - my cat paid with her life.

I've taken all my animals to Rob, he's a great vet & a lovely guy. A while ago my dad's dog was at the point where we had to get her put down. I don't live near there anymore, and dad was just too emotional to take her to the vet, so I called Rob and he went and picked up the dog for Dad. He understood how hard it was for us all, and he was so caring. I arranged payment over the phone so Dad didn't have to worry. Such good service, personal and caring.

I have been going to this clinic for years and I have complete faith in them. I own a few cats and one of them needed radical surgery due to a blockage, they organised a colleague who was coming from the south who was an expert in the field for a minimum price. My cat is doing fine. I can never thank them enough.

they were open over the Easter long weekend which was convenient as our cat had an open wound which needed urgent attention. The vet was extremely helpful and efficient, patched up our cat and returned him to us on the same day.

Vet and staff were very friendly upon our arrival. This is our first dog, so they helpfully gave us a lot of information. Showed my daughter the other animals they had in care and showed us how to take care of our new Staffy.

I took my dog in for an eye lift... sound strange i know. his breed means that the eyelids fold over and the hair scratches the eyes and can send then blind. This vet was cheaper by hundreds of dollars. And they did a beautiful job. His eyes are so much better now and they really took care of him.

I have been taking my animals to this clinic for years now. About a year after purchasing my cat, we discovered that she kept getting infections. The vets on duty, as well as the vet nurses were more than happy to assist in finding the reasons behind this. The cat had regular visits to the surgery; tests were done to rule out anything serious.

The friendly nature of the staff, and well as the personable experiences certainly make for a reassuring visit to the vet.
