Terrible. He finished a 2-3 week job in about 5 months, his workmanship was average, and he still owes me over $100 for me buying grass which his invoice said should be bought with his second last payment (offset 10% completion fee with buying grass because he said he didn't have any money and our backyard had been unusable for 5months). He would disappear for weeks on end without returning phone calls or texts, he would not turn up when he said he would, he lied constantly. Thankfully I have since moved and no longer need to look at his work. Use someone else!

I initially saw the responses on here from some time ago when the company was in its development stage.
James gave his reasons for the review and was an open book on the matter. Was there reason to be concerned? absolutely not!
James was excellent from the initial consult and communicated clearly on both myself and partners needs.
The project was large in scale and materials used were gorgeous. Timeline was set and regular updates kept us informed, attention to detail and execution brilliant.

Recently built property required landscaping to be completed to the back, side and front of the house. Green Culture was new at the time and as a result of that there were some initial schedule and communication conflicts.

However once that was sorted, almost 8-10 months down the track, the landscaping was completed without hassle. The job done appeared to be very thorough. They also offer their advice and suggestions to make the design look pleasing. Exactly what a person needs when they don't really know what exactly they're looking for.

Due to the slaughtering heat over summer (when the job was completed), some of the plants did not survive. Green Culture happily said they will replace them out of good will. No complaints here.

Update: It's been 7 months since I contacted the landscaper regarding the dead plants. Unfortunately this is still an outstanding issue to fix... when I did manage to reach them, they advised they will come when they are free. Previous two dates given have been a no show.

Update 31/08/2012: I have decided not to have Green Culture replace the plants at the cost of removing this review.
