Once again. I am so happy with the quality and speed of service from Yang. I have an iMac that was out of hard drive space. They upgraded the hard drive, transferred all data and upgraded operating system. I dropped it off on a Friday at 5:00 and it was ready Monday night at 5:00. Very efficient and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Yang.

I am new to computers and my son bought me an old computer few months ago. It was so slow and took ages to load windows and other applications. I am a pensioner and do not have much money to buy a new one, so I called this guy and asked him to upgrade my computer so I can access faster internet. He came and upgraded computer memory to 1GB and now my computer is very fast, I can surly see the difference. His charges are very reasonably too he only charged me $79 thats including onsite visit and hardware. I am very happy and I highly recommend him to anybody

Called Yang after Googling and comparing a few other business's. The business's where you drop off your computer could have taken up to a week, and was quite pricier. I took a chance on Gr8 Computer Services and was very happy. The malware/spyware that was causing our laptop problems was removed in an hour, which was the approximate amount of time I was quoted on the phone :)

I would highly recommend Yang and his company to anyone in need of a quick and painless fix. The house call service is very convenient! Just schedule an appointment and Yang's professional service will accommodate you.

If you are looking for good quality service for your Mac or pc, I highly recommend This company. They have worked on two of my Mac's and I'm extremely satisfied. The price was much better than the Apple store. When you have a problem, or like me a harddrive crash -- go here!

Very professional and helpful - would highly recommend. I had issues with both my laptop and desktop, frank checked both computers to see if the problem could be fixed while at my home. He was able to fix my laptop by doing 'first point checks' and fixed it within minutes without charging. He has integrity and honesty which I truly appreciated.

frank is very nice guy, professional, and patient. He connected my laptops to wifi printer and help me transfered file from old pc to new pc. The most surprise is he setup outlook for me which helps send & receive email much easier. The rate is very reasonable!

Perfect for when you spill water on your laptop while its plugged in and, for some reason, it doesn't work anymore.

These guys are great. Took my laptop, provided reassurance that they could do something, did far more than that (got my laptop back in a day like nothing ever happened).

I hope I don't need to use them again; but if I do, I will be back for sure

Had a laptop with broken screen. Tried to fix it myself only Internet supplier provided incompatible Screen. I took it to Gr8 Computer Repair and they fixed it quickly at a fair cost. And, they were quick. I'll go back next time

Smart, efficient, honest, and fast. I've used them twice in the last year or so and gotten solid service each time. Repairing a broken computer is a bit like fixing a car-- it's hard for a mechanic to know what the problem is until they poke around a bit. Their diagnostic process is fast and super reasonable. The geek squad operation disorganized and mostly poorly trained reps; take a pass and keep it local.

I broke my laptop's LCD screen. These guys fixed it one the same day infront of me at my house and on the weekend.....Price wise these guys are the cheapest but service wise these guys are the best. Highly Recommended

Frank really does operate his business on integrity, superior service and real world pricing.

In June 2011 I had Frank do a service call to my residence to repair some software issues I had with my older pc. Frank is so proficient that within 30mins he had everything running smoothly once more.

This week my desktop crashed & died so I called frank again. Within a few hours he was at my home to service my what I would call now a dinosaur pc. When the problem didn't resolve quickly, without hesitation frank took it back to the shop to run some testing on it and within a day it was alive & saved from the recycle bin.

I really appreciate that frank offers an honest service, does not give up and does not immediately try to up-sell one to a whole new system.
