Hopeless! One day I walked around this shop for 1 hour before being approached! I needed assistance from the moment I walked into store! Lazy staff! Never go back

Had a problem with my fridge that was out of warranty but still could be looked into and they were very helpful in trying to rectify the problem including calling me to check and let me know what was happening. They are always easy to talk to and great bargains as well.

We dealt with a salesman there who for once was quite honest. Couple of attempts at typical sales pitches but did not try to sell us on anything we didn't want or need, was very open about prices and gave his honest opinion on some of the products we discussed. We got an absolutely unbeatable deal on our new kitchen appliances. Nowhere else in Brisbane or Ipswich could match them.

This has proven to be more than just an electrical appliance store. I have a special needs child and the list of requirements in any appliance can be long. Safety, ability to wall mount, low allegy, or in the case of a food processor, able to puree the smithereens out of anything! These people have been enormously patient with me, providing solutions to just about everything I've thrown at them - plus at the best price in town.
