I had 4 guys helped moving from Bullen to Hawthorn. These guy were lovely,hardworking and quick. They handled my beautiful hardwood furnitures with extremely careful. I was very happy with their service, and would strongly recommend it to my friends.

These guys are the best removalists in Melbourne in my opinion. I used them about a month ago to move from my old apartment to my new house, from the east side of Melbourne to the west side. They even stopped to drop off some furniture at my mother's place on the way.

The 2 guys arrived exactly at the quoted time, and worked quickly yet efficiently. The quote from these guys was very reasonable, cheaper than every other quote I got. They did not waste any time in moving my furniture and handled all my furniture with care and delicacy.

I will use these guys again anytime I am moving, I believe they are the cheapest in Melbourne, get a quote from them, you won't be disappointed with the price!

A professional outfit from the word go- nothing was too trouble in our recent house move. The move team made the whole moving process far easier than I had,thanks to the efforts of the driver and the worker. They were real grafters but were very careful with our personings and took time to ensure that items were moved quickly but carefully. Certainly a removal company to be recommended.

Carpet Steam Cleaning – After using Golden Honest (GH) removals (which I was very happy with), I thought the carpet steam cleaning would be of a similar standard. It was at the opposite end of the scale. After 30 minutes the carpet looked no different, although damp, it was stone cold.

I explained to the employee that I was dissatisfied and would not pay the $120 until the agent was satisfied. This started a very long argument and I felt quite threatened when the employee promised to “visit” my new address if he was not paid. I subsequently met with the agent the following morning. He agreed the carpet had not been steam cleaned. I paid the agent the $120 (as I had promised the employee) and he agreed to liaise with the employee and to pay him once he was happy the carpet had actually been steam cleaned.

I subsequently spoke to the agent. He advised he spoke to the employee but felt sufficiently concerned to the extent he paid the employee prior to the work being carried out. Time will tell if GH honour their commitment and actually steam clean the carpet. Even if they do, I would recommend people steer clear of GH carpet cleaning. No one needs that type of stress when concluding a tenancy.

I will stay in touch with the agent ( who comes highly recommended) and keep WOMO advised if requested.

we had them move our heavy precious furniture on 20/9 and they were both excellent! Hard working, quick, wasted no time stopping briefly to have a quick smoke & glass of water. I know why the chinese are taking over, they work hard!

We use them to move a very full 3 bedroom house and garage. They were on time, well priced and arrived with two guys. They worked efficiently, with a smile and never complained. Nothing was broken in the process and they put everything in the new house as labelled on the box to help us for the unpacking part. We would definitely use them again and recommend them. Good work!
