I bought a present for my girlfriend on Fresh Fragrances and Cosmetics and the girl on the phone was really helpful. I thought I knew what I wanted but if I hadn't called, I would have bought the wrong thing! And the girl told me about the 15% discount they were having with payapal and gave me the xmas11 code to use. The parcel arrived already so I am just going to hide it until Christmas.

I needed some make up for a special event and bought some from Fresh as the price was much less. I was a bit dubious at first but I received my items 4 days later packaged beautifully. I was thrilled! And the delivery was free, I couldn't believe it!

This place rocks! Wish I found it years ago when I was still shopping at large department stores...I have saved so much money as the prices are great, delivery is free and I don't have to fight the crowds in the shops. It was a blessing last Xmas, I just sat back, waited for my deliveries and smiled calmly at all the people rushing about in the shops at 1am. The service is really good too and any problems, I just call. Can't ask for me. As for why I rated the website 4 stars? Well I never rate anything at a 5 :-)

I think this competiton shows that Fresh are really generous and creative and they do have great prodicts at great prices!

I came across their e-news on google and whoever is writing them really knows what they are talking about! Their latest e-news is on foundations and it is really thorough, I found the descriptions really useful and I purchased a product that was really good for me.

After a very bad experience with strawberry net, whereby i never received my order and no one ever replied to over 20 emails, i gave up and found a reliable aussie store, fresh! they have great brands, great products and actual customer service! while their prices are slightly higher then those of strawberry nets, i much prefer paying a little extra and actually receving my order.
