The only salon I've ever been to that actually cuts your hair the way you ask. I have a regular hairdresser I see at Francapelli and I even feel confident saying 'do what you think will look good' and the result is always good.

Before moving to the country 2.5 years ago, I had my hair cut and coloured (prior to going grey). Oh how I miss Frank Jnr who tamed my unruly thick head of hair for many years. I was thoroughly spoilt, head massages, nice cup hot percolated coffee, fair prices for pensioners and the staff were all excellent.
No one has been able to cut my hair like Frank Jnr. up here in the country and it is a complete disaster. Country life is good for the health however not so good in getting a hair style that I have always enjoyed at Fran Capelli's. Miss you all.

I have had my hair cut here for a few years now. The service is fantastic. From the head massage with the hair wash to the coffee delivered to your chair, the staff go to every effort to make your appointment as comfortable as possible.

The quality of haircut is outstanding. When I describe what I want the cut is to perfection and when I offer the hairdresser some creative liberty, he hits the nail on the head. I suppose this is one of the best aspects of the salon. You form a relationship with your regular stylist, who is then even more aware of what you like. My hairdresser is Nathaniel, he is exceptional!

I had my hair cut and styled for a formal occasion. The lady who cut my hair was nice and she did an okay job - but she was a little too up close and personal...she kept obsessing about my hair and bringing people over to have a look at it - which I guess just means she's a nice person but sometimes you just like to sit there and have general chit-chat.
The girl that styled my hair was great though and she did a fairly good job, she was nice and friendly and less "in your face". They were however quite expensive and you can get cheaper places with fairly similar results. We also had to wait quite a while for our appointment time, and it was a good 45m to an hour wait after our scheduled appointment time.

Can be a bit pricey for a hair cut however you get what you pay for. Fran ensures the hair cut/style given suits the facial structures and offers a visual balance. My hair cut has always looked great between cuts rather than looking messy once it's grown out and looking like I really need to get another hair cut.

Amazing! I've always loved my hair but it can be 'headstrong'! Victoria tamed my hair and took a good 10 years and 10 kilos off me. I LOVE the way I come out of the salon and I LOVE the way my hair behaves between visits.

I've been going to Francapelli regularly, they have the best staff and are the best hairdressers I have ever been to. The price is reasonable, and very small considering how the salon totally transforms your look. i was surprised the first time I walked out of the salon because the cut was so much better than other places i had been too. I've would recommended them to anyone they are certain to be pleased when they walk out of there. I've always been happy with the styles I receive and would never go anywhere else again.

I've been to Francapelli 2 or 3 times now to see Anna, and have always walked out feeling fabulous. The price is reasonable too. I've recommended them to a couple of my workmates and they've been happy too. I'm pretty fussy about my hairdressers and so far I've been happy with the cuts I've had.
