I would definitely recommend Kay for best deals. She takes a smaller cut herself and passes the saving to her customer. She is however very very very busy so don't expect her to follow things up, you will have to follow them up with her.

Have just booked a family holiday through this travel agent through Kay. She's so wonderful and have made numerous changes and has bent over backwards to organise all of our flights and hotel bookings. I would definately use them again.

I have used this travel agency for years and found the ladies there to be exceptionally helpful. They always try and locate the best deals for flights and accommodation, and provide as much information/hints about the destination you're traveling to. Communication is fantastic also either through email or phone.
