We used to link our Fly Buys through our business, and do our home shopping online, and we racked up the points. Its nice to get something for nothing. We've gotten heaps of stuff through them, cordless phone, slow cooker, lantern, knives, magazine subscription, etc, only little things but its great all the same. Have never had a problem with them, applying points or redeeming.

I am loving fly buys, there are many stores that have jumped on board, I wish more stores would take the leap as well.

I love the bonus points you can earn at coles and the extra

Mail outs they do to give you more points when shopping.

I like the emails they sent you go keep you posted in what's happening with your points.

A really good system can't wait to cash in on something big.

I really like that your points don't expire.

I agree, it would be good if there were more retailers who accepted it.

Been using flybuys for 12months+. I use mostly when doing Food shopping but never really follow the bonus point item. I havent really gotten anything from these rewards BUT my step mother follows the bonus point items ect and she is always getting some really nice rewards.

I think you really have to follow extra point items ect to get anything out of this programm. Easy to use though, signed up within no time and easy to just swipe when shopping.

Recommend.

I shop at Coles at least twice a week and have had trouble getting my bonus points for over a year. Finally went through to Head Office and they got the person in charge for Flybuys on the 131116 number to contact me. Finally 1108 points I was owed were given to me. Was told to contact that person in future if still having problems. Still having the same problems - every time I phone and ask for that person I'm told they are not in. Finally went back to Head POffice today to sort out. This is more trouble than it is worth especially with the amount of phone calls involved and the cost of same.

Have used Flybuys for some time and it is extremely easy. Usually shop at Coles and get fuel at Shell so it's a no-brainer. It costs nothing and last year the reward vouchers were used to cater for Christmas. I now have our children with cards added to my account, so their small amount of shopping and fuel purchases will also help out at Christmas. There are regular double/triple point offers that add value to the program.

At first, I was a bit unsure about signing up for flybuys, but I decided to try it in the end. It made me realise that you'd be silly not to sign up. You basically get rewarded for doing shopping that you would normally do anyway. I usually get my groceries at Coles, so I might as well use my flybuys card while I'm at it. It doesn't cost anything and you don't have to go out of your way to get points if you don't want to. Even if you don't shop at many of the stores that take flybuys, I think it's a good idea to have it anyway. Every little bit adds up.

I used to use flybys constantly.

However, not many shell service stations at the time were in the Newcastle area would support this.

When Aldi at Wallsend opened, it was worth the LONG drive to save money on groceries. I found this at the time far cheaper, then what Coles were giving us. Now they want to give us 8 cents off our fuel, but they don't have 91 Unleaded. Instead they have E10?

Something for nothing, I show my card when i get petrol from the coles servo, coles, target etc. Not as easy to earn points and rewards as it used to be. But the emails offering triple points for shopping at coles most weeks are great, nice incentive

I have been using my Flybuys card for a few years and have benefited from it greatly. Earn points from basic grocery shopping, insurance, internet search, flying, motels etc. How can you go wrong in joining??? It's FREE!!! I find the new system better eg. earn triple points, $10 off your bill etc. Flybuys is heaps better than any other reward system in my opinion.
