Lovely agents to work with. Even though I am tempted to use online portals for travel, I prefer to deal with the guys from Flight Centre.

was talking to a lady i was told she runs the store. she was great we needed to get a flight out fast as my dads mum died and he needed to go right away. she did everything fast and easy did not cost to much. they are all great.

I was passing and notice a prominent sign showing a cheap fare to Cairns. Upon entering the store I was quickly attended to and the agent was very pleasant BUT the up shot of it all is that fare virtually didn't exist. So a wasted 10 minute search and vague apologies and perhaps a $249 one way would do when the sign said $109. NOT happy

Need information for travelling to Bali and the agent that served me was exceptional. Even though I wasn't ready to book that day I found that she went out of her way to help me. We ended up talking for at least 1/2 hour and all the advise that she gave me was fantastic. Since visiting the Doncaster Flight Centre and her recommendation we have now booked our holiday thru Flight Centre and are so looking forward to our holiday. Thank you to that agent that spent so much time with us, it was awesome.
