Staff very friendly and accommodating. They were helpful when suggesting alternatives to what we had planned, which we needed (cost wise!). I will be back her for sure :)

Staff were friendly and helpful. We waited 1 hour to see someone. But the service was good and useful and they did try to give us a good deal.

I've had really nice experiences with Flight Centre. We used to go to the Northcote plaza one, and had a lovely agent there to help us book our international travels. And this time, we used the one in Barkly Square and had another good experience. She was very patient, helpful and fun. We went on a Saturday late morning and she helped us, even with a fussy baby around.
My only issue - I wish she would've told us that we could request baby meals for our child on the international flight!

I was served briefly by one of the travel agents here, she was friendly enough, however I asked for some information on Borneo and she gave me pamphlets on Brunei even though she repeated the name Borneo back to me
