The best workout I have done in a group session. The staff can put a smile on your face, even while my body is hurting. I can't wait until I get back there, if I miss a week, I feel like something is missing.

I am quite fit and always looking for fun training.. The fighters factory certainly provided me with a fun training session that i would like to do on a regular bases... I will certainly be back .. for me it is such a shame it is an hours drive from my home because i will not be able to go back as often as I would like.

Good experience, friendly enough, but could offer a little more without being "gushy". Premises could be much cleaner. Bathroom and change room facilities virtually non-existant. Workout is very good. The routine really makes you sweat. I would like to see a little more variation with the introduction during the week of the ability to do "mit work" rather than only offering that on Saturday morning. Having said that, mit work did occur this week. The place is well controlled/disciplined - no foul language or inappropriate behavior. Other participants are friendly.

The Good:
Instructors know their boxing - but could instruct more during routines.
The Bad:
Could be cleaner. Ring should be cleaned regularly as well as the floor

The fact that it is a small suburban shop front with genuine helpful and encouraging staff makes the Fighters Factory a million times better than any Fitness First or similar gym. The service is fantastic and the staff know when to give you that extra bit of encouragement to push your limits. The price of sessions are not overly expensive and having the ability to buy 10 and 20 session cards etc is a bonus. It lets you go when you want and not feel like you are wasting money as with a conventional gym membership you pay monthly regardless of whether you go or not. It may not be the newest or flashiest gym on the block but the Fighters Factory gets the results and that's all that matters in the end.

I only recently dicovered the fighters factory through a friend of mine and after much convincing to go some three weeks ago, i cant believe that it took me so long to go. From the very frendly staff to the fact that there are Professionals pretty much doing what your doing just on the bag next to you. The staff that run the curcuit help as much as they can but pretty much its up to your inner belief that you can push yourself beyond what you thought you are capable of, and do it again and again. Just Go!!!!!!!!

I've found the boxing circuit to be the most intense hour of cardio I've ever experienced. Each session’s variations mean its never dull or boring. My fitness and health levels are the best they've ever been, while learning the art of boxing. Trained by friendly professionals - best thing I've ever done.

One of the best boxing circuit experiences you'll get. Friendly instructors and staff.

Definitely more worth it than going to a regular gym.

The people that go there are more diverse than you'd think, and includes quite a couple of women, which surprised me when I first started going. The best part about the place is that it really feels like a place for you to work out, as opposed to going there to pose and look good. It's like a scene from your favourite boxing movie, without the testosterone or gym gorillas.

I started there about 2-3 days a week and went right up to a full 5 days a week. And the place has different membership options from the casual to the more committed. I've currently got a yearly membership and it was definitely worth it for me.

The Fighters Factory is exactly what I was looking for when I set out on my quest to fight off the effects 15 years in a desk job in September last year! I checked out the flashy new age fitness centres, filled with lycra clad bods hoping that the scientifically designed regime personally crafted for them by the likes of Chad and Crystal on the scientifically designed machines, in saunas and spray tanning booths would be the magic bullet they had been hoping for, but that just wasn't me. Murray, the staff and members welcomed me with smiles, nods, encouragement, good humour and above all no judgements. Amazingly Murray can name just about every visitor to the gym. This and the 'ethos' of the place make it a fantastic environment to meet your own personal challenges and goals. It's not full of angry, aggressive men looking for ego supplements; members are a diverse range of men, women and kids that give it a community quality. The benefits are as great as you choose to make them. You don't have to hit anyone or be hit. The exercise regime is a very simple and time proven mixture of shadow boxing, skipping, speedball, floor to ceiling ball, bag and a combination of strength training exercises (sit ups, leg raises, push ups etc) timed to 3 minute rounds with 30 second rests in between and a full circuit lasts approximately 1 hour. The whole effect is a complete mental and physical workout. Of course if you’re serious about the sport of boxing, Murray is happy to provide assistance. All you need is a good pair of runners, and clothes (shorts, tee shirt, traky dacks etc) that are comfy to exercise in and a pair of wraps (material strips to bind your hands). Gloves can be hired or purchased, wraps and other bits and pieces can also be purchased. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to get fit, keep fit or get into boxing.
