I have had fed ex parcels come from America with no problems at all, parcels arrive on time and the delivery men have been great

service is excellent, and never had a package that was mistreated. staff are friendly, and the rates for fast shipment are extremely fair.

Fed ex are great - what sets them apart is their delivery times. I have had parcels delivered after 5pm, which is a great surprise! Professional, items not broken, A+!

Cost is higher, but you receive service of exemplary standard. I work for a bank who needs couriers from time to time that are urgent and problematic. These guys resolve and deliver

They will try everything to help you to delivery your package on time. Although price is higher than most, but they have money back guarteen that if they cannot delivery on time as promised, they will refund your money. So basically you get ur goods send for free if they cannot do their job probably. So most trust!

They are such a pain to deal with - and unfortunately I have to do so regularly.

90% of the time their system works okay but when it goes wrong - look out.

Service centre is in Malaysia and all they can tell you is what you can see for yourself on the web. You get them to add information to their system and it seems to take several attempts to get it done. And don't bother trying to complain - it disappears into a black hole. All surface polish but lies and couldn't be bothered underneath - and of course don't try and get a proper name or the ful name and address of where you can complain. Promise high, deliver low - that should be their motto.

great delivery fast to when i need something delivered to me there always the ones to deliver fast and i would say my other family members agrea 110% no doubt about it

The 10KG & 25KG rate is even cheaper than Australia Post, but FedEx is heaps faster and secure. While AU POST offen lost your parcels.
