I have booked international flights with Expedia because they were offering the cheapest fare at this time. I never had any issues with flight or with my booking. The website is easy to navigate and occasionally they have specials. No booking fees is good too. Normally though you can get cheaper fares on Zuji, STA Travel or Travel.com. I normally search all of these sites before I purchase my ticket online.

I've made numerous successful flight and hotel bookings over the years via Expedia. They are my preferred online travel agency. On the one occasion that I needed to actually telephone them, my matter (flight change) was dealt with in less than 10 mins. I have no hesitation using and recommending Expedia.

Have used this site to plan and book a holiday, and used it to decide between different hotels. Easy to use, and cheap rates. Has a customer service line for further enquiries which is helpful and had great service

Have used their website several times, in the look for my first overseas holiday. Their customer service line was very helpfull as i had some questions regarding a potntial booking, i found they offered great deals, and were cheaper than another site i looked at first

I agree- their deals are pretty good (in comparison from booking through the airline) and you can get amazing value packages (accommodation + flights!)

I booked Europe flights through Expedia as they had the cheapest flights. No hassles with the process. I had a couple of questions and contacted the customer line. Was very satisfied with the way my call was handled. I will use their service again

Very dissapointed with the customer service or lack there of. I have booked a holiday that is still two months away & i need to make a change to the package when i called up the 1st time i was told to ring her & here & here then here so i did every place that i called said they need to speak to expedia not be as the trip was booked through them, so i call back expedia only this time to be told a complete different story to yesterday. And to make it worse i could not understand the lady because of her accent she kept saying pardon & saying i'm placing this call on hold. I asked to speak to a manager and of course they are all in meetings i asked for a managers name & guess what she is not sure, so still have no idea as to what can be done no assistance has been given i will still have to call back & hopefully speak to a magaer if they are all not in meetings again what a joke!! It may seem cheaper booking through expedia but TRUST ME it's not worth the headache.

One of the most reliable sites when it comes to booking online. I've recently discovered they do fantastic packages (flights and accommodation combined). I've never had any issues with expedia, and I love how you can purchase travel insurance with them as well. This should definitely be one of the first websites you visit when planning a holiday. Be on the lookout for special deals, their packages are usually the best value.

I regularly visit Expedia to check for flight and accommodation deals and to compare them with other travel agents that price match. I have booked hotel accommodation through their website without any hassles and was quite happy with the process. A friend of mine purchased flights through Expedia but when the flight details had to be changed there were a lot of hassles - it makes me think that I probably would be careful before booking any flights with Expedia (as in I would make sure that everything was set in concrete regarding dates etc, before making a booking).

A great website which will help you save but right after booking I found you can get cheaper (but I'm not sure safer!). We have bought great hotel and flight bundles in the past which have all been cheaper than the travel agencies and 5 star hotels! The customer service has been very polite and helpful to us and have helped us change our flights around when we needed them to.
