Amazing example of great customer service. I really enjoyed my visit to Elysium Hair And Beauty and loved the results from my haircut. I wanted to try them out with a cut before I booked in for my colour service. I couldn't be more pleased with the result and experience and have of course booked in to have my hair coloured. I'm even thinking about trying a new colour as I feel really confident that with their help and guidance I will be able to have a great colour. I can recommend Elysium Hair And Beauty with confidence as I know from first hand experience how important recommendations are when making a decision.

You listened to me and you gave me your advice. You're a real proffesional. It's such a relief to finally have a hair stylist that's down to earth and one that I didn't have to be afraid to tell her what I wanted. I've gone to other hair studios before and they're so toffy-nosed, and then they do what they want without listening to me about what I would like, and without them even taking into account what I'm saying . You explained everything to me , you listened and you worked with me. I was so fed up with other hair stylists that i was apprehensive about you until you showed me what you were about. I've finally gained confidence in hairstylists once again, but you can be sure I won't be going anywhere else. You are worth every cent I payed and more.

Hi, I been through four high profile salon in brisbane and finally I got Elysium hair and beauty salon. I just love this salon because all those people are working there are absolutely fantastic. Friendly people, nice manner, beautiful environment, expert. Sharon is my personal hair stylist and she is amazing. I will go there life time. Thanks.

Wow what a great experience I just had. Great little salon with nice people who really knew what they were doing. Really quite refreshing to experience such great service. I went for some waxing and then was able to add on an eyelash tint which was nice. The therapist I was very experienced and the room with great and very clean. They use really good wax and Dermalogica as well which is my favourite skincare so that was a bonus.

I often find that with a salon of this calibre that it's easy to get a stylist who doesn't listen. So I really feel that it's difficult to rate a salon as a whole. However the salon was lovely and the general service was excellent. The key in this salon was the hairdresser. I was seen by Tom, and he listened to what I wanted and gave me an honest opinion of how I could get the result. He was genuine and friendly and without a doubt I felt special and like I was in expert hands. I will be a repeat customer.

great salon and nice and convenient to city workers and shoppers. about average price for this sort of salon but the staff are so friendly, even when it'sthe first time you go, and they listen! *sigh of relief*!

After trying for many years to find a hairdresser that actually listened, I found it at Elysium. I generally get a cut, colour and style and to make things more relaxing I can also get a facial here as well. As this tends to be my only time out the staff are wonderfully aware of this fact and always ensures I am relaxed, looked after and throughly treated with respect and care.

I love this salon, Being a hairdresser years ago I find it so hard to find a salon that is great value for money plus being amazing at doing your hair. Elysium is all of that! Amy is fantastic! She chooses perfect colours and my cut always keeps shape until my next appointment with ease. I also just bought some mineral foundation on my last visit and I love it. Thanks so much!
