Had my carpets cleaned a year ago with Electrodry. We got four rooms cleaned (3 rooms plus a 4th free) for $119 as part of a special deal that was available. Great customer service on the initial phonecall and I was able to be booked in within days. The man who came was friendly, efficient, on time and professional. The carpets came up well - certainly a vast improvement - and the carpets dried quickly. I completely understood that one of my rooms had to be counted as two rooms for the purposes of the deal because of its size.

However, after a few months the stains became visible again (have returned full-force). I was also a bit disappointed that one of the rooms I wanted to be cleaned could not be done because special equipment was needed (apparently because of the type of carpet) that was not included in the deal.

Overall, I would recommend Electrodry as a professional, quality service that offers good value for money.

We had our 2 bedrooms carpets and lounge area recently cleaned. We got a deal for $129 for the 3 rooms which was fair i thought. The guy who came was very friendly and nice and the two bedrooms came up great. I was a little disappointed in the lounge area though as there were a few stains still left behind and as he knew it was a rental i dont think he really tried to get them out which is a little disappointing. He was very quick in and out in less then an hour too.

Tony and Sandra are amazing! I have 4 bedrooms, a study and a rug with 4 kids at home. I had stains that I had tried removing myself with Preen and Napisan and other carpet cleaners. I had also tried another company who disappointed me and I was afraid of trying anyone else. We were at a point of purchasing new carpets (7 years old). When Tony and Sandra came, not only are they professional and friendly but they take so much pride in their work. They left the carpet with NO stains... we had a sick baby for 2 years, vomit stains on the carpet, all gone; nail polish stains, all gone; make up and blu-tack, all gone! I am a real clean freak so when I saw the end result, I was SO happy. No need to replace it now. Keep up the good work Tony & Sandra!

Had the carpets cleaned a couple weeks ago, the man who did them was polite, did the work in a good amount of time and they came up fantastically afterwards. Overall, am very happy with the result and will be sure to use them again.

I had 4 carpeted rooms cleaned. Tony vaccuumed then cleaned them and also cleaned some rugs for me. The carpets look great, and Tony was friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend him.

Carpets and 2 lounge chairs cleaned. The technician,Adam Beecken, was able to remove a particularly bad stain from a carpet..he was personable,efficient,good at his job and most helpful with advice.I definitely would contact him again for a similar service.

The tradesman arrived on time. Was friendly, but not too chatty. Made sure he knew exactly which rooms required the carpets cleaned and explained how he was going to work and how we needed to be careful when walking on the carpets for the hour after he had completed the work. The carpets appeared as new when he had finished, but he advised that some of the marks would probably re-appear again because of the nature of the stains. We were very satisfied with his attitude and the work he performed and will not hesitate to employ him again.

I had two mats and two rooms cleaned. One mat was very old and stained and the other less stained but expensive, a well used loungeroom with various stains (including tea, soy sauce and a very heavy traffic area near front entrance) and a main bedroom that had a well worn track and lipstick stains. I was not expecting all the stains to come out and this was my last ditch effort before replacing the carpet. I'm extremely pleased with the finished result - all stains are gone and there are no obvious signs of the well worn areas. I would highly recommend this business - but won't leave it as long til I get it done again!!

We had some terrible stains on our light coloured carpet which I had spot cleaned but they always seemed to reappear. Our cleaners were a married couple who were very friendly and I was told if the stains a reappeared to give them a call and they would return and give it another go. This wasn't necessary - the carpets came up fine and because some of our neighbours had their carpets done at the same time we were given a discount.
