one word AMAZING! i heard about rob and the girls through friends, i had recently just experienced a very bad haircut, i thought it couldn't hurt trying somewhere else. they were running a little late, but with only 2 seniors available to cut it does make it a bit difficult. i got the most amazing head massage, the girls there are very friendly and polite always checking up to see if you need help, or to make sure your comfortable. definitely going back!!!

I was recommended by another Hair Salon that couldn't fit my partner in for a much over due hair cut/style. Partner was a little hesitant as he has very fine long hair to his shoulders. I have been chatting to him about a new hair style and he decided to get out of his comfort zone and do it. Rob was amazing talking to him about what to do without going too extreme to freak my partner out. A fantastic job was done even trimmed his beard and my partner is happy especially when all his friends and family were impressed. No more ageing rock star. He looks younger not to mention very nice. I'm booking in here for my color and cut next . Highly recommend Rob and his salon.

I've enjoyed having my hair coloured and styled by Rob for many years. He's always up to the challenge of a new colour yet willing to listen to what I'd like. His skill level is fantastic and his team of girls are bubbly and friendly, and do a great scalp massage and are very attentive to my needs. Thank you

I had heard how amazing Rob's haircuts were but was unable to see him so Jenae cut my hair. I was thrilled with the result. She had been trained by Rob so used the unique head shape technique. It was the best hair cut I had ever had. Definitely going back!
However the salon is looking very tired and dated and badly needs renovation/modernizing as its drab depressing appearance does not reflect the quality of the hair stylists work. It is quite off-putting so please guys even a fresh coat of paint would help.

Ive been coming to see Rob and the girls now for about 7 years. I always get honest opinions on my style ideas, suggestions, and my haircuts are fantastic no matter what stage they are at. At one point I didnt cut my hair for almost a year, and I had good hair through the entire regrowing stage. My hair has ringlets underneath and waves on top, so its really hard to cut and style well, but these guys have never disappointed me. They even helped me with an image change after a huge transformative event in my life. Friendly, lovely and welcoming.

For well and truly a very long time I have had Rob as my personal hair dresser. The first time I used Rob when he was working at a hair salon in Lennox Street Richmond. Since then he built his business from personal visitations to your home and then to Ebb & Flo.

The thing with hair stylists is that the business itself cannot be judged but the stylist. Rob here is the manager and also the stylist. All what his staff does to my hair is wash it but the sheers are choreographed by Rob himself.

Many people will have different will have different viewpoint about their personal hair stylist but in my view Rob has done well and will continually use him.

Worst haircut I've had for years! Asked the hairdresser not to cut my layers too short, yet that is exactly what she did! Had to wait 15 minutes beyond my appointment time as she was running late. Music was horrible and extremely loud. The whole experience was very unpleasant.
