East Keilor Leisure Centre, Keilor East

I have been a member for the past year. Also my daughter was doing swimming here. not impressed with the service. The place has had a refit, but the equipment in the gym is old. I cancelled my daughters swimming, but they still charged me after we left. I had to call so many times and no one knew what was happening. When I cancelled my gym membership, I was cautious. Yep, the same thing happened again. They over charged me and when I called they said the centre manager wouldn't have time to call me back.

Bad customer service!

I have been a member up here for a while now and im not exactly thrilled with the place.Staff are reasonably friendly but dont really know whats going on if you need to ask a question or anything like that. I enquired twice about having some personal training sessions and never heard back from them. Equipment is dated and a bit old. Dont think i will be renewing my contract.
