The underfloor ducted heating system with four floor outlets is powered by a single inverter heat pump that we can't hear when it's operating and the floor ducts mean that no space is taken up by wall mounted or floor mounted units leaving more space to place or fit furniture. The performance is tops. The engineer who fitted the system was very informative and easy to work with as were the organising staff. Why wouldn't you get one!

Dakin heat pump quoted and installed late 2020. Person providing quote and installers were reliable, courteous and seemed to know their stuff. Good quote too. We're happy with the installation, will use them again.

We got 3 quotes for a floor mounted Daikin heat pump. One quote was exorbitant, one guy was in and out of our house in 3 minutes, (totally disinterested), then there was Darren from EGS who was very thorough and thoughtful with our requirements. Everyone I dealt with at EGS including the woman in the office and the two young men who installed our unit were terrific to deal with. I would definitely recommend EGS.

Had a heat pump put in a few weeks ago, the service was great very friendly and helpful. Malcolm Ross put in our heat pump and after it was installed he reduced the price by $300 dollars. All round great experience and will be recommending Malcolm and EGS to people.

We had a couple of great dealings with EGS. First a reverse cycle A/C and panel heater followed by a Sanden HWS. Great to deal with and the installers were brilliant as well. Highly recommended.
