Dr Andrew Gordon, Belconnen

I first saw a dentist by the name of Andrew Gordon in Canberra in 1984 - 86 or thereabouts. It was the first time I had not been terrified and he did some wonderful work. I moved away with my job and have had horrible and very expensive experiences with four dentists since. If this is the same Andrew Gordon, then I am prepared to travel to see him as I really need to see a dentist I can trust. I am now in my late 60s.

I had a very poor experience with the Belconnen Dental Clinic. They told me that I would need a root canal after replacing a filing that was now very painful and heat/cold sensitive.

I decided to go to Andrew Gordon, he removed the filing (also stating that the job done was very poor), redid the filing and within a week the pain has gone away, no root canal needed (saving me $2000) and his office called the day after to check that the tooth was okay.

It was the best dental experience I have ever had.

I have been attending Dr Gordons' Dentistry for a number of year, since before he moved into the Medical and Dental Centre, and have always found excellent service. After each visit the staff make a new appointment if necessary and ring the day before to remind you, which is very handy if the appointment is twelve month in advance. The Centre is well appointed and also has a chemist.
