Sorry to say this by far has been the worst parlour that I have visited.
[redacted name] started off by asking me about the price range. I told her to look into my skin type and not the price at which she rolled her eyes and reluctantly circled a few options on the price list.
To add to this, there were male staff present at the front desk which I found a bit invasive in a women's parlour. At least have a partition between the male and female segments of your parlour for goodness sake. Who likes to be stared at and judged by strange men when one is looking to go in for a relaxing experience?
Secondly the girl who did the facial, [redacted name], despite doing a good job, had no concept of customer. She might as well have been washing dishes. No smile or courtesy whatsoever. I was forced to initiate a conversation with her lest she did a mediocre job :(
To add to this, the girls treating other ladies were intermittently gossiping in the midst of the treatment. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL.
I have never had to wash off and apply the face cream on my own after a facial but here I was asked to do so. I thought these services were supposed to be part of the facial?
I regret opting to go here since I chose to save a few dollars. However I have chosen to NEVER TRY AND REPLACE QUALITY WITH PRICETAGS.
Thanks but no thanks for a hopeless service.

Approximate cost: $60

Had a pathetic experience. I had to get Oxyfacial done worth $40.

1. While booking the appointment, I was told to be on time. Even a minutes delay could cancel my appointment. I reached 5 minutes early. But I got attended 20 minutes late.

2. First I was denied a gown with the reason that it would not fit me. I am 63Kgs in weight and this was not my first facial treatment. I had to lie on the bed in my own clothes.

3. The attendant applied the massage cream all over my mouth without taking care of my lip area. I had to spit twice.

4. I was hardly given 5-7 minutes of massage. Then she stopped that in middle saying that I had a sensitive skin and it was going all red. I wondered because I have been taking this facial since years from different salons and never did it make my skin red. I seriously doubt the kind of products that were applied on my skin.

5. Having said this, she stopped my facial in middle, and left me because of some customers who arrived in without an appointment.

6. She just applied a face pack to an already incomplete treatment. And didn't even wash it afterwards. I waited for some 20 minutes with pack on my face. Then she asked me to go to the basin and clear it on my own. I did that.

7. I asked for a face cream at the end as face pack always makes your face dry. She just gave me some random cheap body lotion. I emphasized that I needed a face cream for my face. She managed to give me some cream which made my face very oily.

8. I am finding it hard to justify my $40 spent for this kind of cheap and inexperienced treatment.

Approximate cost: $40

I went to this shop for a hair cut recently. The staffs are friendly, but the hair cut was not the best. It was not very even between right and left
