We have an tilt-a-door that needed a lift mechanism fitted. They gave me a quote over the phone and within a week it was fitted and working beautifully. A pleasure to do business with.

I have an old tilting garage door that has had an opening mechanism fitted. Doors was slow to open and the motor was struggling after the door had been painted.

Most places do not service old doors like this while others are only interested in selling you a new garage door.

They came out and did an initial repair and then came back to do a permanent repair by welding additional weights onto the bottom of the current counterweights. Not the prettiest repair but does the job and it will look fine once it is painted (and much cheaper than a new door!!!!!).

There was good communication from their schedulers who arranged a time that suited me (I did have to wait a couple of weeks for the second visit due to work commitments) and reconfirming times.

ALTHOUGH I DIDN'T GET A GARAGE DOOR THROUGH THIS COMPANY, I HAD MY EXISTING GARAGE DOOR FITTED WITH AN AUTOMATED OPENER.

I CALLED TO GET AN APPROX PRICE, AND WENT AHEAD WITH GETTING A SITE INSPECTION. THEY CAME OUT AND HAD A QUICK LOOK AT THE DOOR TO MAKE SURE IT OPENED/CLOSED EASILY AND HAD ROOM TO PUT THE UNIT ETC.

THEY WERE BACK WITHIN 3 DAYS TO FIT IT, AND ONLY TOOK ABOUT 20 MINS.

VERY QUICK AND EASY, COMPANY WAS GREAT TO DEAL WITH. NICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF ON PHONE, AND ON SITE.

I had my garage door serviced after it had been playing up. They came out and repaired it and serviced it. The problem with the door was fixed however some parts we're oiled and the door squeaked until i oiled them myself.

My garage door wasn't opening. I had the motor replaced 6 months ago because of a similar problem. I needed some advice on how to prevent the same occouring again. They advised me that the last motor wasn't appropriate for outdoor exposure and installed a new weather proof unit and serviced the door so it rolled with less effort.
