It has been about 10 years now since you did my veneers on whole front top and bottom of my teeth.I cannot even begin to tell you how happy I am still with the cosmetic work you did on my teeth. You have created a smile that I am very proud of. They all still looks great and haven't had any problem with them. I am just writing to tell you that I am living now in Perth and my dentists have all commented on what a great job you did on my teeth, whenever I go for a cleaning. I want to start with telling you that if it wasn't for you I would not have a beautiful smile right now! I had so many fears about getting my teeth fixed.. For the first time in my life I smile without my mouth being shut or my hand raised in front of my mouth! I am more confident about smiling now and do not feel as self-conscious as I did prior to this tooth getting fixed. The new appearance of this tooth is a dramatic positive change for me from the previous appearance. People that never have seen me before tell me what beautiful teeth I have!!!! Due to bad experiences in dental offices, I had stayed away from the dentist for years. Then the general condition of my teeth began bothering me and I was having trouble chewing, eating, and became very uncomfortable.

Almost every one of my teeth has needed work done to them.

I have had a lot of dental work done by Dr. Castro including cosmetic, bridges, crowns and root canal treatment. My experiences in this office have been very good. The rapport that Dr. Castro has with me and her other patients is excellent. Everyone in this office is extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. Staff make an attempt to know you and Dr. Castro has an outstanding chair side manner. She is not critical with the patient and horrible condition of your mouth. The way she treats people and her patients is exceptional.

I've had some bad experiences from other dentists which made me hate going to the dentist. By not going to the dentist for years I needed alot of work to be done. I got some bonding done for my two front teeth from a different dentist who rushed the procedure, was unfriendly and seemed unknowledgeable because she thought they were fine but even I could clearly see there was a problem with my two front teeth. After a couple of months they started to chip and stain which made me feel very unconscious. I know now that that's because it was a cheaper option. I started doing more research and found out that I needed something like veneers because they would last longer, look better but more expensive. I needed a good professional dentist if I wanted to invest in veneers. While I was doing my research online I found that there were more before and after pictures in Dr Castro's website compared to other dental websites and the pictures of her office looked inviting.

The first checkup, she was very friendly, looked at my teeth told me all the work that needed to be done, told me my options, asked me what I wanted to get done first and told me the price.

She got my veneers done and they look very natural, they actually blend in with all my other teeth and I feel more confident and smile so much more now.

The receptionist is very friendly also and it feels like she's my friend.

I feel very comfortable going there and feel confident that Dr Castro will look after me because she is an expert.

She is officially going to be my dentist and I will not go anywhere else because she's the best dentist I have ever had.

Looked them up here and went on that basis. Recommend them to anyone. Receptionist is great, the ambiance is relaxing and the music is great. Dr Castro is a good operator and takes care in her work. Got a heap of fillings and going back for veneers. Let you know after that.

I've been blessed to have found Dr Castro through endless searching on google and after much hesistance, meeting her in person and seeing the results of her work gave me the courage to go ahead in faith to get my teeth fixed by her. The first time I stepped in their office, I was quite surprised. It does not look like your regular dental office, but it's more of a florist shop or a hotel reception area. The ambience and the energy of the waiting room with all the flowers and aromatherapy is very inviting,calming and distracting. It definitely losses my fear of going to the dentist.

But the main thing that I loved about their office is because they had a personal one-on-one relationship with their patient. THey try to get to know you and think of the best dental care that suits your need. The reason for me coming back all these years to their fabulous office is the the relationship they create to their patient which is I think is what makes the difference between a good dentist and an exceptional dentist.

I had many negative dental experiences that made me feel very scared to sit on the dental chair. My attitude towards dental care changed when I became a patient of Dr Zenaidy Castro. I had major dental works treatment including cosmetic done by her a few years back and I am still getting compliment with my smile. She is highly professional, friendly, and truly caring. Her clinic is welcoming and equipped with latest dental technology.

After years of neglect & not so expert attention from time to time, my teeth have required substantial work including crowns & bridges. They are now however, in excellent care.

Although bigger repairs have proven expensive, an accurate quote has always been given beforehand.

Dr Zenaidy Castro is by far the best dentist that I have been to. She is very professional and knowledgeable but at the same time incredibly caring about her patients.

She has a great personality, which is unusual for dentists from my experience.

I had a serious amount of dental work done by her (complete upper crowns) and it was completely painless. And when it comes to dentists, I am definitely a wimp.

I have told everyone that I know to consider going to her.

The end result was high quality dental work at a cost that was very reasonable (less than I expected), which is unusual for dentists.

Everything about Dr. Castro's office is special. Office looks very retro and homely atmosphere. Bright, colorful and relaxing. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience has been. Dr. Castro is very gentle and put me at ease and I never felt anxious or nervous. Even the shots for numbing were hardly noticeable. The last dentist I have been to was so grumpy and felt like the procedure and injection was rushed that It felt the needle was so painful. But not with Dr. Castro. I raved about her injection technique. I hardly noticed it.

Each time I felt uncomfortable she noticed immediately and asked about my comfort - always looking after me. So, it's a very comfortable environment. It's also very classy and aesthetic. It's just WOW!

Dr.Castro has been my dentist for the last 8+ years. Dr.Castro is very professional and has always explained all the treatment options available to me within my budget. The rooms are bright and cheerful and the staff are very friendly. I do not mind going to the Dentist because I find that Dr.Castro's relaxed yet professional attitude is very reassuring.

Dr Castro has been my dentist for nearly ten years now, and she's always provided excellent service. She has always kept me completely informed about the various treatment options available, outlining the various costs and benefits, and never tries to sell you the most expensive one if it's not right for your financial circumstances. She gave me a really nice new smile thanks to some cosmetic dentistry, and it's made a lot of difference to my social confidence. She's also very committed to making sure there's as little discomfort as possible while you're in her chair, which is a vital aspect of being a dentist as far as I'm concerned.
