The team at Dr Castro's office are fantastic and supportive from the moment you book your appointment all the way through your procedure, and it continues with that quick call the next day to make sure you are fine.

Initially I was really nervous about visiting a dentist (it had been quite some time since I had been), but the team were so welcoming, I immediately felt comfortable with there.

I have been back for a number of appointments (root canal treatment and fillings) and frequently recommend Dr Castro to all my friends looking for a new dentist. Dr Castro is highly experienced and professional, plus she has a great selection of tunes playing the whole time you are in the chair :)

I first went to see Dr Castro in August 2010. I was immediately impressed when i phoned and spoke with the receptionist Sandy. She was so warm, kind and knowledgeable, and defiantly made me feel welcome. As i was new to Melbourne, i was extremely anxious as i had only ever been to my family dentist before. I was greeted with a warm smile upon arrival, and my nerves completely disappeared after a 2 minute conversation with Sandy. I was then introduced to Dr Castro, where her positive attitude can't help but make you smile. Dr Castro was not only professional, but had a great nature to her, which made you automatically feel comfortable. Working in retail, i am extremely critical of the service i receive at work places, but i can say, i have never received better service, and left somewhere feeling so good about myself. After visiting Dr Castro and her team, i would not go see another dentist. I would highly recommend to all in Melbourne, wanting exceptional customer service, with a smile.

My impression about Dr. Castro is that she is very thorough - initially I came because of my gums that occasionally easy to bleed, and after her thorough examination she found that my old fillings started to deteriorate. She fixed all and my problems goes away - very happy patient!

A funky dental suite that eases the pain...Dr. Castro plays music to smooth the pain and make the experience better than the run of the mill dentists out there.

I was nervous entering into the office for the procedure but the friendly and helpful staff put me at ease and helped me work out a plan to get all of my teeth fixed. The treatment performed was carried out no discomfort.I am very happy with the results. I have already recommended Dr Castro to friends and family.

Quite frankly, I was nervous entering into the office for the procedure but everyone was so accommodating, sensitive, and professional. The ambiance of their office made me feel comfortable, it doesn't feels like you are in dental office. Got a homely comfortable ambience, which I like it a lot. The treatment performed was carried out no discomfort.I am very happy with the results. I have already recommended Dr Castro to friends and family. Nice to have met everyone!

I was recommended to Dr. Castro because of her reputation for treating patients with dental phobia... I hate needles. Having lived with the condition for most of my life it was fantastic to have a dentist that understood and actually cared. I must also say that the decor in Dr Castros waiting room made me feel like I was in my lounge room so I felt very relaxed. The best dentist experience I’ve ever had. I don’t fear Dr Castro at all.

I randomly came across Vogue smiles while looking for a local dentist and couldn’t be more pleased – consistent and professional service with people who go out of their way to make you feel welcome, at ease, and informed. Dr. Castro was very gentle with my treatment. I honestly didn’t feel anything!
