We had Crown Power install a ducted air-conditioning system to our home. At first we had trouble deciding whether we wanted to install just individual units in the bedrooms or go the whole way and install ducted to the entire home. Russel was very professional and helpful, coming to our house twice (both times in the evening as we couldn't be home during the day) to quote and go over how each different system would be placed and work. He was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons for each type of system but didn't really push us in either direction which helped us feel comfortable that we were getting the facts rather than when you feel a salesperson is trying to push you for what might make them more money. We decided to go for the ducting and two weeks on are very happy with the system and our choice. The temperature seems quite even from room to room, we are happy with the economy from what we can see on our energy monitor when it is running and the installation was very neat and tidy (we were consulted on regarding placement of all the outlets and parts). On installation day there were four staff in our home, each with different roles and it all seemed to run like a well-oiled machine, everyone new what they were doing, it was done in about 6 hours. Plus they vacuumed up after themselves (missed a few corners but they're electricians, not professional cleaners!). Overall we're very happy with our system and felt very comfortable that the guys at Crown Power new what they were doing and that we were going to get quality. Last plus is they guarantee the system and their own work for 5 years -- most of the other places we had quotes from only guaranteed their own work for 1 year.

We had an 8 Zone Daikon/Advantage Air ducted air conditioning installed. Great service by friendly, considerate and skilful trades people. Russell listened carefully to our needs and gave us good information about a number of different options. No pressure just there when we needed him. The final design was neat and fitted easy into our house in under one day. The Advantage Air controls are quite flexible but they explained the simplicity of their operation very well. Overall, this company cares about customer service and we appreciated that effort. We’d recommend them.

Have been using Crown Power for 7 years now and have always been more than happy with all aspects of the company. We have done extensive renovations so have used electrician, plumber, aircon, they organised everything from the cement slab to running water with our water tank and full installation of our ducted aircon. They are incredible. Fast, reliable, friendly, professional service. I know the job will always be done on time and to a high quality. You get what you pay for, and while Crown are not the cheapest they are definitely the best.

I had 4 ceiling fans installed, a light switch moved, and 2 air-conditioning units serviced. I left a query online with Crown Power after reading reviews on WOMO. They got back to me within hours, came out to quote (at the agreed time) 2 days later, and performed the work that week. Communication was great, they were very prompt and polite, gave good advice without being pushy, listened to what I wanted, and double-checked the important details. The job was done well (and left tidy) and at a fair price. Excellent service - thoroughly recommended.

We had three bedrooms fitted with Daikon split systems & lounge room fitted with larger system. The guys were professional, our house looks & feels great! Russell (manager) was kind and professional when explaining procedure and upon taking measurements. I would recommend Crownpower to anyone who wants outstanding service.

A 40kw ducted air conditioning system was installed in our school hall. The price was extremely competetive and we received a high quality system. The installation was complete within 2 weeks of the agreement. Thanks to Crown Power our students and wider school community are now enjoying a climate controlled environment. Our first function saw the hall packed to capacity on a 36 degree day and the system coped beautifully.

Change over from solar hot water system to gas while our roof was being replaced during off and on rainy days in Winter. We went through Crown for the first time when getting air conditioning. Their friendly and professional service from everyone we had contact with along with competitive pricing made it a have to to contact them for this latest project. Having to coordinate a plumber and electrician with roofers while rain was interfering with progress and the new hot water system going 'missing in transit' (bad planning on my part, it wasn't ordered through Crown) was looking like Stess City! These guys brought it all together for us with no fuss, a calming influence and some great advice - and they didn't leave a mess.

My husband and I are entering 'the grumpy old' faze and are typically fairly critical of today's level, or lack of, decent service across the board. If more businesses aspired to Crown Power's achievements in this regard I doubt that the tag 'grumpy old' would ever have been invented.

We had two air conditioning units replaced and a new unit installed. Crown Power provided a very friendly and flexible service and nothing was too much of a hassle. The tradies were very friendly and were respectful of our furniture etc and consulted us about installation decisions. We are very happy with the products installed and the service provided.

Installation of two split system air conditioners to our home.

We found Russell and his team to be polite and friendly right from the start. They listened to our needs and further questions, then asked us more questions to find out exactly what we really wanted. Then they outlined the options that were available to us.

Their scheduling was spot on, and the team would have to have been the most polite and respectful (they even cleaned up after themselves) group of tradies that we have ever seen.

Electrician attendance to fix faulty overhead light fitting; expected and received excellent, same-day service from Tony and Ben who have attended on previous occasions for a similar problem which was dealt with proficiently.
