Over the years, I have been to various gyms and fitness classes in an attempt to keep fit. My experience at Core Impact has been different – the staff are friendly and professional and care about your fitness needs as an individual. As a PT, Michael pays attention to detail and has tailored my training to suit my needs. He is passionate about achieving good posture and teaching you the right technique to train to minimize injury. After 6 weeks, I feel stronger and have rekindled my motivation to exercise. If you have limited time in the week and yet still want results, Michael and his team will be able to help you.
I thought that when i had injured myself that i wouldnt be able to keep to my fitness goals, however Michael and Glenda are professional trainers who are both rehab trained and committed to finding the right exercise program for your individual needs. Their clientele spans 'getting back into moving' mums like me through to serious professional s and they have a unique ability to create a great, healthy support community. Class times are really convenient and you get so much attention on proper technique. Excellent value for money compared to a gym membership!

I've really enjoyed training with core impact. I've been going for quite a few years. I had hip replacement in 2001 and later decided that I needed some help with my fitness and strength.
Michael was a great motivator and help to show me the correct and fun way to get my strength and flexibility back. Without working with Michael I would not have been able to do a lot of the physical things I have been able to do in my life. Michael has proved to me what is possible and given me the incentives to keep going by making me realise what I have actually achieved over the years with him.
