Totally degusted. Swana an employee, had a look at a photo I brought in. I asked her to only hand dry my hair. The cut was nothing like the picture. The photo clearly showed flcking out. So she decided to cut it under. And then blow dryed it with a brush. It did look nice when I left. It wasn't until I washed it and then cryed. Went today to see [redacted personal identifier] and her. I was willing to work with her to get the style right. She did not want to work with me on it and just wanted to parm be back onto [redacted personal identifier]. This hairdresser did not listen to the customer. I paid $81.50. I am getting it fixed next week for $30. My new hairdresser told me it was an easy cut and could see what she hadn't done. I am asking for my money back..

I had my nails done by Kristyn for my 21st birthday and I've never had such a good experience. She took so much time and care to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. Everyone has complimented my nails and they still look and feel good 2 weeks on. No more Asian salons for me!

First time at this salon. Did a lovely job on my hair, good cut and colour- by 2 different staff members. They served wine and cheese and nibblies as well-nice touch. The let down though was the 3 hour and 40 minute time factor. Don't think I will go back again, there is simply no need to be at a hairdressers for that length of time for a cut and full head of foils. Frustrating.

I have been going to this hairdresser for a couple of years,recently tried another hairdresser closer to home and that was a total disaster,went back there today for them to fix up my terrible cut,I will not make the same mistake again.

These guys are great. They do a fantastic job and always listen to what I want not what they want to do. The service is great with coffee machine, nibbles, iPads, friendly staff. They go out of their way to give excellent service. I love the way my hair looks and the colour and cut always lasts and looks good to the next time.
They are a little bit pricier than some places but the quality and service is certainly worth every cent.

I haven going to this place for 3 years my hairdresser is very precise cutter with great Custer service skills. However it's pot luck with the apprentices. I find it disappointing when I book in just for a colour and the apprentice basically does it all it would be find if she did a good job unfortunately sometimes not. I know everyone has to learn however a constructive advice would be that the qualified hairdressers need to be supervising what their apprentices r doing even if the apprentice is in their final year. I did go else where however I'm back because the cuts are fantastic and I have a great rapport with my hairdresser.

I have been going here for years and am always happy when i leave. They are quite expensive compared to other salons and the location isn't ideal but I keep going back for the great cuts and colour.

This salon provides great cuts and colour but charges city prices. Staff are friendly and helpful and they constantly update their training so you can tell you're getting fresh opinion every time you visit. The expense of visiting is almost a deterent and they are on the boarder of being too pricey.

Started going here a few years back and loved it, I have very long hair and am super fussy. Found a wonderful hairdresser here but she has since left. I called and made an appt with her & has booked in - she had already left ut they just booked me in with someone else instead of telling me. The replacement was horrid - very average cut & then when drying my hair got the brushes STUCK numerous times, the last time taking 25min to get out & painful. Have since been there againt o another person and again it was no good - wont be going again. They are on the more expensive side to

I have short hair and I'm quite a fussy client when it comes to my cut. I don't complain as such but I just don't keep going back... I think you can either cut short hair well or you can't. I've been going to Colour Collections fo 18 months now and I've been very happy with the consistency of the cuts.
