Well, what can I say. I was very disappointed at the place! My hubby wanted to spoil me, and it was so sad to see the look on his face. The coffee was warm, the service terrible, and the customers all looked frustrated. This used to be a treat, but I find I don't like it anymore. The staff didn't seem to care about service, and the coffee orders sat on the counter for a while before stff brought them out. It scores a 1 overall for a cafe.

I was sorely disappointed yesterday, because I wanted to treat the wife to a break, and the service was just about non-existent. The staff were gossiping non stop with each other, and it seemed like the customers were not important. I suggest they improve the service, or they may find themselves out of a job. The coffee was warm too, and I had to take it back. I won't be taking the wife back to this place.

Firstly I rate the service poorly as the staff were too busy chatting to each other & only making one coffee at a time when clearly there was a big back log. I haven't waited that long for a coffee elsewhere in a long time. I was walking by & noticed that it was busy & I thought to myself I'll try a coffee from there to see what the hype is about. Turns out its the yummy beans/coffee they have as it couldn't possibly be the service :-/

My coffee was delicious & well made after the wait.

Their 'rewards system' they have I don't rate at all compared to others. Every fifth or so they only offer a free upgrade instead of a free coffee like other coffee shops.

I don't see me going back there anytime soon.

I had coffee here recently. The staff were friendly and the coffee was delicious, better quality than other places nearby. The place was busy, so it seemed as though others enjoyed getting their coffee from here too. Definitely will return!
