Our mother died suddenly in Regional Victoria. In a distressing time Adam and then Fiona were a lifeline. They returned mum to Melbourne. Fiona went out of her way to accomodate all our wishes for the funeral. It was the most beautiful, caring service with every detail reflective of what our mother would have wished. In a very difficult difficult time they were truly exceptional! I cannot recommend them highly enough. They provide a personal service that is far better than the big companies!

Larry went out of his way to show support and assistance and make the day as we wanted and as special as it should be. Far outshon the big names. Nursing homes of Melbourne should learn from the compassion and professionalism shown by classic funerals. From the very first phone call, to the actual funeral service, I was so impressed. Every employee I spoke to and met were friendly, empathetic, yet not patronising or aloof. This meant the world to us during a very sad time after the unexpected passing of my father. All attention was given to what we wanted and to the type of person my father was, so what would suit him, as far as what was included and the style of service. There were no hidden agendas, or sales pitches, just straight down the line. And factual- if we had a question it was answered, if we had an additional request it was never too hard. On top of that the customer service was prompt and friendly. The funeral service we had was perfect for my dad- exactly as he would have liked. The quality of things like the bookmarks that Classic Funerals organised in memory of my dad, to the photo that was placed on the coffin, and even the coffin itself was excellent. And we were all blown away when we saw the flower arrangement on the coffin, not only because of how real the flowers looked, but mostly because you'd gone to so much effort to have an arrangement that was in Hawthorn colours- my one-eyed father's footy team! Thank you all so much for making the process of organising a funeral (something I'd never done) so seamless and easy. Could not recommend your services highly enough.

We wanted to thank you both so much for the treatment you gave to us and Jack over the past week and to let you know that yesterday afternoon’s farewell to Jack was perfect.

In what has been the toughest week of our life we are so grateful for the sensitivity you gave to us during such a difficult time.

We really were blown away by how beautiful Jack looked, just like a little angel, it was an amazing moment.
You were fantastic from the moment you walked in to meet us and we thank you for the conversations you had with mum and for giving us the extra time that we needed to make the decision.

You are brilliant, I guess our biggest concern was that Jack wasn’t going to look well and also how difficult it was going to be to see a little white casket. But what you did to not only Jack but also give him the true blue Aussie send off was what dreams are made of.

The Australian flags, the boxing kangaroo and the southern cross as well as the green and gold floral arrangement, roses, butterflies and added extra’s to Jack’s casket were all above and beyond our expectations.

A Classic Angel Funeral is something that as a couple we never wanted to have to endure but it was the two of you and your team that gave it the individual person touch, giving respect and dignity to our nine month old son and to our family.

Yesterday when we farewelled our little man Jack was a very special moment for us and we want to thank the entire team at Classic Funeral Services from the bottom of our hearts for making the hardest day of our life so memorable.

Our family would like to thank you for assisting us with the funeral arrangements for our baby Mia Grace. When we started looking for a funeral director we felt the task to be daunting. We have no idea on the process and our only resource was the internet. We also want to give the best for our baby but at the same time cost is also a concern for us. After doing some research on a number of funeral providers I chose Classic Funerals for my brothers service.

I knew immediately on first point of contact with Jarnaat Classic Funerals that I had made the right decision as she maintained a professional approach, was extremely sensitive to our families needs and caring every step of the way.

Like many, I was really daunted by having to take care of my mother's funeral arrangements. Our needs were simple, and I found myself getting overwhelmed by many of the funeral service websites, not to mention it was all so expensive.
When I first found Classic's website, I wondered if it was too good to be true. Clear, everything listed, really affordable...Even though we didn't want to spend a lot on a funeral, I didn't want it to be 'cheap', either. Or cold.
I was so very happy with Jarna's approach, and the kindness, respect, and warmth shown. Nothing was too much trouble, the couple who collected my mother from the nursing home were so kind and professional, everything was taken care of. There are many little personal touches which mean so much at these times, and I felt really taken care of. That our service was special. Could not be happier.
I chose to go with my own celebrant, because I have a friend who does this work, but I did like that that service was also included if I needed it. I chose to use their photo montage service, and it came up very well. I'd happily recommend it.
Overall, I felt very cared for. I know my mother would have been delighted. Thank you to everyone for your professionalism, and good cheer.
