Clarence Water Filters

I bought water filter over the phone and got it next few days. The sales person was very helpfull.

Purchased water filters over the phone the bloke was very helpful and with only a few questions knew what i needed and sent them got them the very next day.Ive already told a mate who was looking and he brought 2 filters as well.And the best till last i also saved $30.00 dollars and didn't have to live home.

I have had several internet orders with them, i have made mistakes in some orders and they have taken the time to ring me and advise me on the correct parts i required, they have refunded monies no problem at all and included complentry products with my order at no extra cost.My orders have been posted promptly and have arrived within the same week, all in all a very good company to deal with.

ordered some fridge filters (repeat customer), as usual the order was processed within an hour and the filters arrived 2 days later. Great service!

Ordered a dual filter system for my caravan, the goods arrived one day sooner than expected in perfect order. I used their web page, which worked well until the end when I checked the order. It said something was wrong, contact sales, I did but got no reply. The emails from Clarence said everything was OK, so maybe the web site needs fixing. The web still says I have never ordered anything from them. Messages on the web are:

And:

You don't have any completed orders with us. When you do, they will appear on this page.

Nothing wrong, order has been completed.

Very fast and efficient service. Web site easy to use and order. Goods only took two days to arrive.

I was pleasantly surprised that the persons I spoke to knew their products and were able to identify my requirements. I ordered the filter late on Tuesday and it arrived early Friday morning. This was great as no other supplier has so far been able to send an item from NSW to Adelaide SA so quickly. I recommend them to all looking for quality water filters.
