I discovered Claire by chance when she opened her salon around three years ago a few doors down from where I was working. As a male, I found Claire and her staff very welcoming especially as I am only after some waxing and no special beauty treatments. I particularly admired the ambience and fit out of the salon, cleanliness and style - Claire has great music taste so to lie down to a bit of silky jazz is calming to say the least. Claire has always tried to fit me in at short notice and has a fair price structure when you compare others around. I feel safe in Claire's hands which is the most important thing and it's always a great catch up with someone I'd call a friend and trust. The therapist was lovely, BUT did not stop talking the WHOLE time and was chewing gum at the begining of the treatment. The girl seemed like she had only been a therapist for a year or so.
She didnt try to force product sale which was nice.
Im not sure if ill go back again.

This is not one of those places run by casual teenage employees, nor one of those places where you feel you're being judged or incessantly upsold into products you don't need. Claire Francoise is all class. They've been in business since 2003! While yes, there are other employees, I always book in with the queen bee herself and have always had stellar service.

For those on the shy side about beauty services, you can book online via their website, which actually tells you in real time if an appointment is unavailable. They offer waxing, spray tan, eyebrows, IPL treatment... there's even a specialist who comes in once a month if cosmetic injections are your kind of thing.
